We stayed here for a wedding and the overall consensus from the group was that the customer service could use serious improvement. Nothing major but little things like slow service for food and not being very accommodating to keeping the bar open (or even letting...More
We would never return to this hotel. It was not what we had looked at online and the customer service was seriously lacking. The 'check-in' staff were housekeeping personnel that were not familiar with the procedures. The rooms were supposed to be quaint and vintage-like....More
We spent our 20th anniversary in the Collins room and enjoyed our stay. The room is somewhat different than the photos we saw online. The oriental rug is gone, replaced by modern wall-to-wall carpeting, which detracts from the classic elegance of the room. The wall...More

It is unfortunate that Quinn is still there and has not changed his demeanor. When I spoke with the General Manager she advised that she would be speaking with Quinn; however, it is apparent that he hasn't gotten any better. I feel sorry for the owners whom I have been told are wonderful and caring people.
To the owners and general manager: It's obvious you need help turning this around. If you need help in employee morale and engagement let me know. It is what I do! You have a spectacular place, but without by in from your employees your business will continue to suffer.
