Not what we expected for a claimed family camping place. Called and booked a grassy site and gave my credit information. Received a call back less than two hours later claiming that the grassy site was booked but we could have a wooded camp site. I agreed. Check in was quick and easy. Campsite was small. We were lucky we...

Just spent the weekend there for my son's birthday. Really nice place. People extremely nice. We had an overall great time. Only complaint. (Sorry. There is one). My son has a service animal and the guy watching the pool area wouldn't allow the animal in the area. So I needed to "patrol" the fence surrounding the pool to keep him...

Called into to try and make an RV reservation and the person who we tried to book with was very rude. We answered the phone and the lady on the other line says "What do you want?" When we inquired about our date she answers very shortly "We're Booked!" I guess courtesy is not part of there policy. Would never...

There are 2 areas. Trailers and tents. The front is mostly seasonal campers (April - November is the season) where the large trailers are located. These guys build decks, have grills, etc. They make it their summer home. You get a bit of everything here. Families and the guys who fill up the trash bag each night with PBR sitting...

Nice campgrounds but site we were at the cable was worse then worse. Really sucks on a rainy day. Other then that not to bad. Campers seem to be nice and friendly. Grounds are well mainantain. Sites are a little to close together for my liking but guess in a campgrounds this small you have to expect that.

We stayed her for 8 nights. Staff friendly. Lots of kids activities on the 4th of July weekend and extremely crowded as expected. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, toilets required you to hold handles down to flush, but no signs posted on that so you can guess how that went. Shower heads need to be replaced and more hooks in...

This was our first visit to a campground with our new Motorhome. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The place is well maintained and very clean. Great location, easy bike ride to the town or Greenport.

Sites are not huge but this place is well maintained. Well stocked camp store, nice kids' playground, meticulous grounds and bathrooms. Staff makes it clear upon registering that rules are strictly enforced and if you don't like that kind of experience, go elsewhere. Many huge motor homes on permanent sites but not not the constant golf cart traffic like at...

First off I have been going to this campground for about 5 years with my family. I used to go to the campsite as a kid as this was a frequent place that my parents would take us. So I decided to revisit ELIK and fell in love with the campground all over again. We have booked a weekend a...

We stayed at ELIK for the fourth of July holiday weekend, a prime time to camp. We found the campground to be excellent and on par with the upper level RV parks we have stayed at. From the moment of check in till check out, our experience at this campground was top notch. I never experienced an attitude, I never...
