We visited Twyfelfontein for the sixth time and for the fifth time stayed at this charming and good enough kept campsite. They have build a new bar at the entrance, a quite charming one. The place was emptuy as always and the campsites huge and well covered. The cows still wander over the place at night and the elephants can...

We stayed for one night at this campsite, and had a great time. We were almost the only guests, and had big and beautiful camping spots. When checking in, we told a staff member that we would love to see the desert elephants. A few minutes after checkin, he took us on a free tour to find the elephants: amazing!!!...

I stayed here for 1 night during my Exodus overlanding camping trip from Cape Town to Victoria Falls. There is a small bar with cold beers available where you can watch Hornbills in the trees. The toilet and shower block is very small and there were no locks on the toilet doors. The showers were fine and were heated by...

We stayed there during out trip through Namibia in October 2016. We did not book in advance but it was no problem to get a spot upon our arrival. It is a very very basic campsite. Toilets and showers do exist but are not in great condition. There is also a bar (restaurant) which we didn’t try though. You will...

The campsite is really basic. The shower and toilet are okay but nothing more than that. The site itself is nothing special the countryside around it beautiful. Saw some nice elephants on a game drive. But that wasn't thanks to the guide. He drove like crazy. Gave me a concussion, because I bumped my head into the railing of the...

We stopped here after visiting Twyfelfontain engravings. Campsite is basic but the riverside places have a beautiful scenery. We had the opportunity to see a desert elephant, coming to drink water from the campsite pipes... really impressive. It passed really near our camper but it didn’t care for us, looking for water.

We have stayed in several community campsites in Namibia and they've all been excellent. This one however was terrible. An air of indifference. Basic toilets without locks. The site is supposed to have electricity but doesn't. There is firewood but you have to ask for it three times, each time met with the distinct impression you are being a nuisance...

Aba-Huab Camp is situated in a beautiful part of Namibia which is definitely worth seeing. It is all rocks and mountains - beautiful! The camp site itself is very basic with shared ablutions which is open to the sky and built under and almost into a tree. Hot water is obtained from a donkey (if the elephants don't get to...

Beautiful sites under shadey trees right next to a river bed. Clean open air showers and bathrooms. Elephant in the area, footprints though the camp from the previous night and we found the herd down the river bed a few days later. I am unsure the other reviews as the staff could not have been more happy or helpful, I...

We spent three amazing weeks in Namibia and this camp site was the only place we were not so happy with. Poor price/value compared to all other camp sites we visited. We had to negotiate the price with a receptionist who did not really show motivation to host us. The showers and rest rooms were not clean and the electricity...
