Stayed 3 nights this month while on a snowmobiling trip with friends. This is a no frills place with Adirondack decor but with that being said it was perfect for our trip, everything was neat and clean, the woman (owner?) who greeted us was very friendly and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything etc. The...

Mary was just the best! So helpful and friendly. The weather was bad and getting worse, so she helped us get the motorcycles parked up under the porch in front of our room. She gave us older towels to dry the cycles and was truly concerned for our safety. We helped her get some of the chairs secured so if...

You can't beat it traveling through the Adirondacks, and while you're there, try a breakfast or lunch at the Golf Course Restaurant just down the road. We loved the room at the motel, had a nice quiet night, and woke up in the country!

We booked four rooms some time ago as we knew in advance when we would be traveling. The staff was friendly and more than accommodating as we had five motorcycles coming in. Upon arrival, Mary greeted us with a smile and assured us if we needed anything to just find her or call. The rooms were decent size, clean and...

These premises appear to be undergoing room refurbishment. The new owners (?) are making the effort to maintain good conditions of room although we didn't meet them. Mary was very friendly, talkative and helpful (gave good advice on where to eat in the evening (Indian Lake Restaurant & Tavern -good food and very good service) and for breakfast (golf club))....

My husband and I stayed for one night (a Saturday night) last month. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to go for a hike in the ADK's and out-to-dinner someplace fun. We choose Indian Lake because of the Mexican restaurant we always wanted to try. The Adirondack Trail Motel met our needs perfectly. It recently changed owners, so...

Good sized room with two double beds which were actually pretty comfortable. Look, this is a pretty no-frills motel, though the bath towels were pretty soft and we were provided with shampoo. Cable TV was small but worked ok. I would have liked a mini-fridge and/or a coffee maker but hey, it's $75 a night....on a weekend. Simply put this...

We were very happy with our stay. The owner was a sweet heart and the room was very comfortable and clean. The room just had the basics but it was fine for a weekend stay. Had breakfast at Chrissy's cafe across the street. It was very good.We would go back again.Lorraine

We stopped here basically to have an affordable place to stay while hiking near Blue Mountain. We didn't want to pay $300 a night for a cabin on the lake so this roadside motel appealed to us in Indian Lake. When I pulled in I was leery of the barking dogs and the manager promised they would be inside at...

We went snowmobiling last week of February to Indian Lake and we stayed at this motel. To make a reservation I had to leave a message and they called me back. when we arrived, there was a note and the room was open. It was a trip back to the 70's but is was clean. It has a great location...
