Made reservations here quite a few months ago. Chose this hotel thinking it would be a decent choice given that it was a Hilton name, as well as located about 2 min's from JFK with shuttle service. Had to call 3 times to follow-up on the shuttle service, as we had been waiting for approx. 45 min's for its arrival...

Well we had a great time visiting the US of A with SFO, Napa and Las Vagas and then finally via NY to home but do not stay at an airport hotel unless you can avoid it. They put us on the 6th floor,...ie the top of the hotel ....roof ....well you thought the planes were landing on top of...

Hotel is in an abandoned service area outside of JFK. You can hear the compressor from the room next to ours cycling on & off all night. Breakfast staff was rude & unattentive. I was chastised for getting a roll without using tongs that were not put out yet, even though the two staff that were there never acknowledged us...

This hotel was a safe respite after missing a connection and having to wait until the next morning to fly out of JFK. But it was no better than that. It is dingy and dirty, the food in the restaurant is overpriced and no more than adequate, but the location close to JFK is good if you are stuck there.

I chose this hotel because it is close to JFK, has a free shuttle and a restaurant in an area where it is tough to find something if you do not know the area. Rooms are good, and restaurant is decent. We were given a late check out (1.30 pm), which was convenient for our travel plans. We paid extra...

The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. Staff was very helpful. we had a Great stay. The only past we did not like is that there isn't any restaurants or food places near by and the hotel breakfast lunch and dinner is a bit expensive. other than that the overall experience at this hotel was very nice...

After reading the reviews, we decided to stay here for the night. We did the Park And Fly Package where we paid for the hotel and 7 day parking. But, we needed to leave our car for 2 more nights. The staff is really helpful. The hotel has buffet breakfast (paid) and free airport shuttle. The room has a fridge and a microwave. However, the room need some upgrade. It's around 10 minutes from JFK airport.

Friendly, welcoming staff to a clean, comfortable hotel, located close to airport with an airport shuttle running every half an hour 24/7. Even though this hotel was close to hotel, you could not hear the planes taking off or landing. Had a restful sleep.
