We stayed here for one night and wish it could have been longer. Beautiful lobby, quiet elegant rooms, picturesque pool with a pool bar, all along the bank of the Nile River. Excellent service and delicious food.

I don't know if all villas have it, though. Yes, you could sleep with windows open as long as there are screens. Otherwise the Mosquitos, geckos, and even monkeys will get in!
