I had to have an unplanned trip to NYC due to a family emergency. The hotel although having a few alterations done to the reception area was great. The view from the roof top terrace/restaurant is absolutely amazing looking over the river into the city. Special shout needs to go out to the staff, they couldn't do enough to help...

I guess I am over the warehotel converted into a hotel concept. This concept has been done much better elsewhere than at the Ravel. The room seemed dated but my guess is that it is just poorly and cheaply done. The floors are tile and they are super cold in the winter and not a rug in sight. The heat...

I purchased a executive room for a Sunday night . The pictures online were nothing compared to what I received. The room contained no bathtub( as stated in the description) and I specifically asked for a nice view . The woman at the desk ( at around 6pm on 1/1/17 was not welcoming. She obviously dismissed the comment about the...

The title says it all, even has it's own semi enclosed parking right out front. Van shuttle to subway lines down the street. Lounge has European wine dispensers by the glass. Front desk helpful. Tall ceilings.

Only stayed two nights but will definitely make this my regular spot when staying here for business. Very friendly staff with shuttle service for the local area which is helpful in the winter months for sure. From the bathroom to the desk in the living space, the room was modern, clean and spacious. I plan on staying here again next...

Everything was great. Accommodated with great rooms and prices and requests met when made. Clean Nice view Spacious Modern Parking Great staff One thing - I don't like the spill over of club goers that go through the hotel to get to the elevator, other that that I have no complaints Thank you

We stayed at The Ravel for four nights. It's well kept and clean. The front desk staff who also serve as shuttle drivers were all very helpful and professional. Ryan drove us several times and was very friendly. The breakfast set up was impressive - the omelettes were very good. I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel. It's a 15...

Made an easy online reservation more than 6 weeks in advance on the hotel website, received an email with a confirmation number with no problem. However, I had to cancel the reservation a week later due to a change in my travel plans. 1. Was forced to use the online contact form as the confirmation email address is one of...

We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving. Nicole and the gentleman who work the front desk with her are the best part about this place; super accommodating! They double as the shuttle drivers as well and anytime we asked for a lift to the subway they were right on it. Not a bad walk either if the weather is nice and...
