We stayed at this property for one night. It's a great location, only 4 blocks from the subway, about a 5 minute walk. We took the train from the hotel to the U.S. Open which took about 20 minutes. The room was fine, a bit small but clean and the staff at the desk were pleasant. If you're flying to...

Very good hotel for business. I stayed there for one night to meet with colleagues from other parts of the world. It was very acceptable. The staff were attentive and polite, the restaurant was nice enough and the there was parking.

Overall our stay was great. The room was clean and a decent size for NY standards. There's a restaurant (nothing exciting) and rooftop bar at the hotel. My main complaint was with the AC, which never seemed to fully cool despite adjusting the control. We reported it to the desk who said they would fix it, but it didn't seem...

Hotel desk manager was not a very nice person. He was dealing with disgruntled guest and took his frustration out on me. I travel for work and see lots of hotels, this one could use a cleaning. Shower was dirty, flooring was dirty, elevator was dirty. The only decent thing about this hotel is location isnt bad, and the rate...

I stayed here for one night; we also had my sister's wedding reception in the ballroom and on the roof lounge. Whether you take a taxi here or drive yourself, you will wonder where on Earth this place is--it's mainly a warehouse district that is gradually gentrifying. We felt the area was safe. Ask for a Manhattan view if you...

My boyfriend and I stayed here in May for a festival that was nearby, the location was perfect because it was only 4 blocks away from the subway station and about a mile from a bunch of different restaurants to eat at. We experienced a bit of a problem with the smoke alarm. The front desk staff was friendly about...

This was the most problematic Four Points I've stayed at. Which is to say, I'd still choose it over some other chains. There were two main issues in our room. For some reason, the difference between setting the thermostat at 73 degrees vs. at 74 degrees was the difference between the air conditioner blowing on you non-stop so that wherever...

Two minutes from 59St bridge. Desk clerk will call a cab for you. Very small but very clean . Self park should be reserved when booking since the lot only holds about 10 cars and is a tight squeeze($25 per night). Rooms are immaculate but tiny. Can book online with hotel.com and other systeu
