The staff of the hotel is very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms design is very poor and furniture is old. The main failure is cleaning. Bathroom was dirty most of time. And the room was not so clean as well.

We stayed in two adjoining rooms which was a good thing because the double beds are really not big enough for two people comfortably. The rooms were decorated nicely and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a little worn - shower curtain was really looking like it had been through the ringer but that's a minor issue. The restaurant gets... More

Am actually at the hotel now and really enjoying my stay. They've done a wonderful renovation of both common areas and guest rooms- which are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff is very efficient and friendly. I can see the effort put forth to make guests feel welcome (which is not always the case in the hotel industry.) Prices range from... More

Checked in on a Sunday evening. The club on the executive floor closed. The two restaurants closed. If I wanted to eat, I had to sit at a table in the bar area that might as well have been in the middle of the lobby. The little gift shop closed and the worst was the total lack of sound proofing... Dear John S, Thank you for reviewing our hotel. First let me apologize if there was some miscommunication between my front desk and yourself. We do close the Executive Lounge on the weekends; however we do give vouchers for an appetizer at the restaurant and for breakfast the following morning. Our Prime Steakhouse, Masterson's is closed on Sunday however our... More

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice and informative and the room was very clean. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to use any of the amenities. The location worked out well for me. It was close to the Long Island Expressway and there were restaurants and shopping nearby. I would stay there again.

Conducted business meetings over several weeks at the hotel and found the staff to be extremely responsive, friendly and efficient. Both the banquet staff and audio visual staff were wonderful to work with. Our meetings began early in the morning and ran till around 6:00pm each evening and we had breakfast, lunch and an afternoon break. The first day we... More

I always enjoy my time here. The facilities are great and the staff is nice and friendly. I love the rooms. It is nice and comfortable. The staff remembers me and greeted when they saw me. The pool is nice and the restaurant food is delicious. I've stayed at about 15 Hiltons and the quality and service is always superb.

Food: Dinner in the lobby bar and the buffet breakfast were both good. Inline with other hotel restaurants from a quality and price point. I stayed here for a wedding because it was the hotel the bride had blocked rooms for the guests and I was very pleased with the hotel.
