Photos do not do justice to this beautiful home My husband & I were amazed @the beautiful design/architecture as soon as we walked into the foyer & then we walked into the dining room & kitchen which took our breath away. Karen(owner&masseuse) was warm & welcoming+her massage skills are on point. I honestly hesitated to write this review since this...

Montauk Hill House is like a fairytale : beautiful grounds, magical water views, magnificent castle on the hill, peaceful, zen, whimsical decor, fantastic artwork, sweet, affectionate cats and dog, a fairy godmother hostess, who is as incredibly talented an artist as she is a masseuse. You can't go wrong here. My favorite place in Montauk.

As others have noted, the house is beautiful and secluded (built by the owners, decorated with family members' artwork), the bedrooms are spacious and well-supplied, and the views great (we watched the sun rise from our bedroom). We found Karin to be a lovely host, willing to go to lengths to provide us with information about how to spend our...

I stayed at the Montauk Hill House for a night in the off season looking for an escape from the busy rush of Manhattan. Reviews are correct in this is a great place for a quiet, low key stay. There is a quality to this place that most hotels can't offer. Rooms are very clean, great size, great views and...

Make no mistake this is NOT a B&B or an inn. It is someones's very private home in which you use a bedroom. My husband, two college age daughters and I felt like trespassers! It was a weird setup. The cats (which were lovely ) wander around the house, contrary to claims that they just stay downstairs. This can be...

My husband and I stayed at the Montauk Hill House this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The house is exactly as described and perfect for a weekend in Montauk. Perfect distance from all the summer crowds and hotels yet close enough to beach and restaurants- a five minute ride away. Thanks Karin!

Was here over the weekend on a whim. It's not on the water, but does have amazing views from being on top of the hill.. We were in the sunset room which overlooked the back of the property which has the best views.. Queen bed, huge walk in closet, and nice on suite bath. The only downsize, and really not...

The house is amazing, quiet and beautiful. The only scare I had walking in the door was seeing cats as I am highly allergic. Karin immediately assured me that the cats don't go upstairs where our room was located. I admit I was skeptical as cats pretty much do whatever the heck they like, but ias was dead wrong --...

I have been traveling to Montauk since I was young - for almost 30 years! This is by far the Best Montauk has to offer. I found the Hill House last week and decided to give it a try for a last minute stay. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful, clean and quiet. Just...
