Amazing little guesthouse in the quaint town of Jacobsbaai on the West Coast. Close enough to Saldanha, Langebaan, and Paternoster to be part of the West Coast hustle and bustle if you want to go for a drive, but far enough if you just want to relax in a tranquil environment which is exactly what we did). Lovely and spacious...

Jacobsbai is a relatively new village to the tourist route and a great alternative to the over exploited Paternoster. Perfect guesthouse layout for two couples. Weasel's attention to our comfort was superb. Now we know about dining arrangements we will book dinner next visit, because we will be back here!

Jacobs Bay was our pick for a beach stay in the North Cape area. After touring the surrounding areas including Paternoster I am confident we made the right choice. Jacobs Bay is definitely sedate and the beach rocky but beautiful. What made our stay so enjoyable was Wessel our host. We were lucky in making arrangements for dinner the necessary...

We have recently stayed at Klokkiebosch for a week and it was the most incredible holiday ever. The host, Wessel, is attentive with no request too much trouble. The food was excellent and we were able to rest, walk on the beach and drink wine in the most beautifull environment. A must breakaway if you want peace and quiet.

our two days here were a highlight of our holiday in S Africa. Wessell and his staff looked after us superbly. Our room was very comfortable with every facility you could wish for. An excellent breakfast. Klokkiebosch is beautifully sited overlooking the sea. It is very peaceful.

A nice little B&B. The host was very supportive. There is only one restaurant in the village but you can drive to Paternoster. The room was small so we did benefit of the common areas. Cash only. Good breakfast.

Wessel has made the most peaceful retreat in an area of wild and outstanding beauty. I wish we had given ourselves longer to explore the area and to enjoy the comfort and hospitality of Klokkiebosh. Best breakfasts: fruit not messed around with and a wonderfully cooked 'something different'. Wessel told us he has eighteen different breakfasts he will serve up....

Visited Klokkiebosch this past weekend, stayed for two nights, booking was simple and then the enjoyment of this wonderful guest house started. Wessel is a superb host, giving you the details you need and willing to help with any tourist questions you may have. A culinary specialist he had great advise on food/restaurants in the area. However, the secret is...

My wife and I stayed at Klokkiesbosch over the New year period in 2016/2017. Wessel the owner has done an exceptional job at creating a breathtaking guest house situated in one of the most picturesque towns on the West Coast. The guest house is fit for the royals, with the food which he creates is absolutely devine and going to...

“Comfortable and exceptional view of the sea. The only comment would be iro the bathroom in that perhaps the basin and toilet should be "swapped" around due to the slope of the roof (especially for tall people), but still is beautiful, tastefully decorated and exceptional.”
