This is our second stay at Nikos Villas and again thoroughly enjoyed it. The position to Oia town/restaurants/shops, and breath-taking views of the ocean (Calderra) and sunsets is exceptional. Each villa has a balcony overlooking the ocean and mini-kitchen to put any food/wine or any other goods so you can really enjoy your villa any time. The rooms have free... More

NIkos Villas is a hotel amazingly situated in Oia, Santorini, with stunning views of the caldera and neighboring islands. It is in close walking distance of the main part of Oia. It has a beautiful pool and surrounding area. Our apartment included a bedroom with a double (possibly small Queen) bed, a bathroom, a small kitchenette and tiny living area,... More

Firstly, the bad and rather unexpected beginning of our holiday: on the day of our arrival the receptionist claimed that one of our two reservations was cancelled by the travel agency. This was not the first time the hotel/ travel agency tried to deceive us in this way (although we paid for the trip 2-3 months in advance) in Greece,... More

Hotel is well situated in the top of the hill. Very nice view at the sea, volcano and oia village either from the pool or the apartment. Swimming pool, breakfast area, apartments are also so maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the traditional breakfast every morning. Mr Nikos is so kind and adorable. Perfectly satisfied !!

The view and the scenery was amazing and the staff where friendly, I'll give them that. The A/C DID NOT work and it was 28 degrees at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on & the pillows where wafer thin. There was very little on the food and drinks menu. There where 4 cocktails and... More

The hotel is not terrible. The rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. The pool area is wonderful. However, the bathroom is terrible - shower hardly ever functioned properly. There is a sign next to the toilet requesting guests not to throw toilet paper in the toilet. The beds are uncomfortable. The air conditioning does not work and results... More
