My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights, a trip that had been cancelled twice because of Covid. Sara stayed in touch through the whole period and made it so easy for us, she arranged all our restaurant and beach bar bookings, ordered us takeaways, gave us the best advice on dishes. She also arranged for us to get picked up from the airport which is included in your stay The hotel is immaculate and very beautiful, it has a small but amazing infinity pool. The rooms are so beautiful, we had a junior suite. Breakfast is delicious 😋. You’re right in the heart of Fira, it’s just a short walk away into the main nightlife. All in all I don’t think you’ll get another experience like this, very personal and simply amazing! I can’t wait to return!! Thank you for an amazing trip!!

Sarah is extremely efficient. They picked us up from the airport. They took our bags to the hotel. Very personal touch. The hotel is quaint. The pool a good size but you don’t have a view to the ocean. The rooms were clean, the mattress very comfortable. And the rooms spacious. Breakfast is served on a box, it included a croissant, boiled egg, ham & cheese and yogurt with fruits. The room had a stove and refrigerator. The pool is heated. The stores and restaurants are very close. Everything within a walking distance. The AC is tricky works well but you need instructions for good operation.

We visited this hotel for 5 nights last week, this was our first time to Santorini so was unsure what to expect but this place was every little bit of Greece.
Modern and contemporary just how we like it. Breakfast delivered to your room in a morning which was a special touch as there was no rush to get up my only complaint about that if i had one was the wrong teabags were brought every morning although specifically asked for english breakfast tea (i love a good cup of tea) but other than that the stay was great.
The shower was the best shower we have ever had it a hotel.. didnt want to get out 🤣 also LOVED the dressing room, which the fab long mirror in there.
The pools were a little chilly as it was coming to the end of season but still hot enough to sunbathe. The cushions on the sunbeds were extra comfy!!
The lady on reception (cant remember her name) was really friendly and helpful as was there for everything you needed.
All in all i would 100% recommend this place for a central stay in Santorini.

We stayed at White Concept Caves in Santorini, and while the hotel itself is visually appealing and impeccably clean, our overall experience was disappointing. The hotel is located close to the center of Fira, which is convenient, but it doesn’t offer views of the caldera, which is something to keep in mind if you’re hoping for those iconic Santorini vistas.
When we arrived at the hotel around 11 AM, our daughter was feeling very unwell, so we asked if we could check in early. Unfortunately, we were informed that check-in is strictly from 3 PM, as per hotel policy. The real issue arose at 3 PM, when all the guests arrived to check in at the same time. With only one staff member handling the process, we ended up waiting an additional hour past the check-in time, which was frustrating after an already long wait.
Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but it was located next to several air conditioning units (about 3 or 4). This made it difficult to sleep, and the three nights we spent there were far from restful. I would strongly recommend that the hotel owners spend a night in room 202 themselves to understand the discomfort it causes.
Finally, during our check-out at around 6 AM, we were required to wait while the staff inspected our room before allowing us to leave. This practice felt unnecessary and unacceptable, especially since they already had our credit card information on file.
In summary, while White Concept Caves is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, the lack of views, poor service, and uncomfortable room conditions made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. I hope this review helps others who are planning a relaxing holiday in Santorini.

Had we been aware, we would have gladly prioritized your check-in as soon as the room was ready. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the check-out process, it's standard practice across hotels worldwide to conduct a thorough room inspection. This is done to ensure no belongings are left behind, the safe is empty, and there is no damage or missing items. The final billing, including any charges, is always handled in the guest's presence to ensure transparency. If any items were forgotten, it would allow us to promptly return them to you. As for the noise, we deeply regret that it disturbed your stay. We would have addressed it immediately had we been made aware, as guest comfort is one of our top priorities. The main reason we chose this hotel was because it said "soundproof walls" in the description! But there was a huge noise every night, which certainly came from the air conditioning motors and probably from the jacuzzi installations. Of course, I complained 3 times, but initially I was told that the technician would find a solution, but the next day they said that the noise was coming from a hotel next door! However, we went around everything on the streets, and there were no construction projects or hotels next door. I paid for the most expensive suite, for the best comfort, 6 nights in total! And it was literally a nightmare to sleep! And the bed was extremely hard, very uncomfortable. On windy nights, the sun visors made a lot of noise, the metals rattled and ended up being annoying. Avoid room 202, and the 2 next to it, if you want to get the most rest! There were only two tiny tables, a sofa and a TV in the living room. Then breakfast was eaten on the sofa. There were only 2 of us, but if we had been more it would have complicated the situation. The room descriptions lack clear mention of the lack of windows in the rooms. "basement"! So be careful. It's relatively close to the center, not even an 8-minute walk, and it's one of the cleanest hotels we've ever been to. The fact that they bring us breakfast to the suite, I consider it a luxury. The employees, most of whom were very friendly, helped us with our bags, both when arriving and leaving.

Service from start to finish at this property were elite. We visited on our honeymoon and the room provided was like nothing else and ideal for a honeymoon. The in room breakfast they served up was delicious.For anyone visiting Santorini would not recommend this property enough.

My daughter and I stayed here in October 23. I meant to leave a review as soon as we got home but didn’t, but it was so lovely it’s been on my mind that it deserved to be done at some point. It was absolutely wonderful, indeed we extended our stay by an extra night! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful (recommending a great vineyard [Argyros] and restaurant). It’s a busy island and although this beautiful hotel is only a 5 minute walk from town, it’s so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room each morning. We found Oia overrated and too busy to enjoy, but head to Imerovigli and you’ll find a quieter bar to watch the sunset and see more of those picturesque blue and white churches. We'd definitely stay here again if we returned to Santorini.

I booked this place for a 5 night stay to celebrate my and my husband's joint 50th birthday and 10 year anniversary. I made the venue aware of this when I booked. I received several email confirmations saying they were looking forward to welcoming us . However on the day of check in, as we were in a taxi en route to the venue we got an email to say 'they could not accommodate our booking'. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Appalling and very upsetting. We wasted most of that day trying to find somewhere else to stay last minute which was not easy when everywhere in Santorini is so busy in June. Ok so where to start, this trip will be one to remember. And this is in part down to the hospitality received in this beautiful accommodation. I had been in communication with the manager, Sara, for two years, as this trip was originally booked for 2020! Sara's communication throughout this period was second -to-none. She was responsive and understanding of the situation presented by the pandemic, and explained the options to re book my original booking. When I finally got there, it was like meeting with an old friend! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, from the driver who picked me up from the airport right through to the housekeeping staff. This is a truly unique accommodation, fresh, clean and run by some wonderful people; plus a great location just a couple of minutes' walk from town. Definitely a place to revisit!

We did not actually end of staying at White Concept Caves, but we want to write a review because of their staff. Our travel company had booked us into the wrong hotel, and Alexandria and Salome were amazing in helping us find different accommodations in Oia. Truly, how wonderful is it for a staff to help us move from their hotel to another property!!!??? They understood our predicament, and were kind, patient, and efficient in helping us out.
