Amazing

We arrived at the petit palace early and the staff on the desk were amazing. They were so helpful kind and you could see customer experience was at the forefront of their minds. The room we had was extremely clean on arrival, extremely large and we had a lovely terrace with a spa bath. The hotel is perfectly located 30 seconds from Las Ramblas and we will be definitely look to book again next year. We loved our experience here.

Fabulous View and Service

Beautiful and quiet property on the Caldera. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet retreat yet be close to town. The staff was absolutely fabulous and attentive to every details. Breakfast was included and offered many yummy options to choose from. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Fira. Would definitely stay there again.

BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!

Before I booked this hotel, I read many of the reviews and was excited about most of the reviews. My wife and I were completely blown away. The reviews do not even do justice to actually being there. We were there from 9/20-9/28 for an early anniversary. We chose those days because it was still warm enough to enjoy the beach and outdoors. The management is everything that you could ask for. They do not have a car service, but we emailed them with a copy of our reservation and they sent a driver to pick us up from the airport instead of taking a cab. When we arrived, we were met at the top of the stairs by Ares and two other gentlemen. The two took our luggage and Ares had champagne brought over while he explained the hotel and the areas of the island. The staff could not have been more attentive. We were there for a week and stayed in the Petit Maison. It was pricey but worth every dime. Whatever we needed, we called the front desk and it was handled. We have never experienced better service anywhere. The room was large and keep very clean. The private pool and lounge chairs were well maintained. If we could make one suggestion, it would be heated pools, but that would rate this hotel 6 stars instead of the 5. We will definitely go back. Best vacation we've ever taken.…

Amazing Staff and View

Our stay at Petite Palace was so relaxing and everything we wanted in a Santorini couples vacation. The rooms were updated and clean. Pool area had a breathtaking view of the sunset over the volcano. Breakfast was included and had lots of options. The food was all delicious. All staff were extremely helpful, polite, and more than happy to provide recommendations about the area. Ares at the front desk was especially nice and provided great service to us upon checking in. The staff truly took care of our every need and made for a worry-free vacation. The hotel has a free shuttle that takes you to and from Fira which was so convenient! It is also located directly across the street from a gym with decent equipment and a good cafe for a quick lunch. We could not be more satisfied with our stay. If you’re vacationing in Santorini, definitely stay at Petite Palace!…

A gorgeous place to stay. Only 20 minutes away by walking or a quick bus, far from the crowds Delicious breakfast with lots of healthy choices in a beautiful setting. Customer service is top notch. This is what its all about

Is it couples only hotel or can accommodate 3 year old ?

It is not restricted to couples as far as I know. That being said it’s a small place with steep stairs and I didn’t see any small children when we were there

Good Evening I am planning a family trip to Santorini, Greece next year 2019. October 22nd through 31st. I have a group of 12 to 16 people. Can your hotel accommodate a large group? Can your rooms sleep 3 to 4 people? Some individuals are single and want there own beds, others are couples. Thanks Lynette Johnson

#imho, this place is not designed for large groups. Better for couples.

Is it cheaper to rent a car/ atv through the hotel or on your own?

Not sure, I didn't rent either. Got around via taxi and bus system. I saw many tourists on the ATVs though. Don't know if they did so for the adventure or because of price. It will not be difficult to find a place to rent cars/scooters/ATV in Fira. There are rental spots everywhere. You will still do a lot of walking since many scenic spots are not accessible to either. Some other considerations: the roads are very narrow and without shoulders, parking spots may be hard to find for a car, consider rental from your point of entry (ferry terminal or airport) to avoid a pricey taxi ride from/return to point of entry. Is this a good place to stay with a 1 year old baby... is it easy too reach with a stroller?

Not easy with a stroller! Steps everywhere - but that’s true of most of Santorini.

We booked direct with the hotel, going on 27th! Does the hotel provide complimentary transport from and to the airport?

no you have to pay fare to airport but there is a complimentary bus daily to Fira
