Very friendly front desk, close to the bus station (only five minute walk) good for large groups (we had a quadruple room). We stayed on the 2nd Floor in room 223. Wifi was not great, but overall a pleasant stay in a room that was good value for the price. Also, there is a store in the lobby where you can buy water or soft drinks. Would recommend if you are traveling with a large group of friends.

After our flight was cancelled and re-booked for the next day, British Airways split our flight up and booked my husband and I at this hotel. The shower was a small standing shower - we didn't even try it and the beds honestly were not very comfortable. Staff was kind and patient with us and this hotel sufficed for our short stay. The breakfast was not anything fancy but put a little in our belies to get through the day.

It’s hard to find many positives from our stay here... Breakfast was basic but nicely prepared Staff generally tried to be friendly However... The air conditioning barely functioned The bathroom was tiny & the shower quite ridiculous There must be better value options in Fira.

Good location, a few minutes walk from the caldera lookout and bus station. The pool and cold breakfast are excellent. The rooms are small and basic. Keep in mind that this is Fira Santorini, where everything is expensive and space is limited. So, don't expect a balcony view of sunsets over the caldera with plush beds and upscale services at this price point. If you are expecting a European 2-3 star hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The washroom was small. The breakfast was above average! However the people working there are amazing and caring. Victoria especially, I had an unfortunate accident on a 4 wheeler had to go to the hospital and when I came back Victoria offered to do my bandages up which she did. I could not be thankful enough because I was in a lot of pain and had to leave the next day. She is the reason this gets a 4 star rating!

Clean. Central. The noise coming from the nearby disco-clubs until 4 AM makes it difficult to sleep. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Locks at the doors are dated, therefore not reliable. Management/ownership has an inadequate way of communicating with their guests: altogether unprofessional and overrated.

This was hands down the worst hotel I have every stayed in. It made camping in a tent and sleeping bag look glamorous. When I went to my first room, I was told I had to lock my door in a certain way because it was broken. Red flag number one. When I went into the room , the AC was broken, the room smelled musty and old, and I could barely fit in the bathroom it was so small. I am 5'2' and 120lbs for reference. I was able to switch rooms. Room 2 had working AC, slightly larger bathroom, and a softer bed. The smell was still horrendous and we had some special visitors in the room. A few spiders, flies, ants, and some unidentifiable creators. The shower was cracked, the shower curtain was filthy, and the knobs in the bathroom were moldy. The location was sort of ok.

This hotel is a good option for those who want to base themselves in Fira, but away from the noise and chaos. It's about a 5 mins walk from the main square / strip. The road itself that it's on is very busy, narrow and on a hill - be careful! Staff were helpful with check in, check out and all our questions. Hotel common area and pool are both very well kept, we spent one full day by the pool just lounging and it never got too busy, even in August. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable enough with a small balcony and all amenities in working order. The buffet breakfast was OK - nothing special and could be improved, but this is minor.

This hotel was part of a package by Air Canada vacation. We didn’t choose it and I still can’t believe they send people there. The lobby wasn’t worthy of a 3,5 stars as for the poor service too. The bar was use to grow plants, our room was old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was one of the baddest ever seen. We can’t even turn around in the shower because it was so small and I burn myself on the tap. The housekeepers did an execrable job. They changed the bed sheets and saw a big blood clot, instead of changing the pillow they just turn it over thinking we won’t see it maybe! Our room was one of the nearest of the lobby. She must have been really lazy to go 7 steps further changing the pillow. When I went to the lobby showing this, not even an excuse like it was normal part

We stayed for 3 nights in August. The location is perfect! Very close walking distance to the Cliff side of Santorini. We weren't that impressed with the shower (which has a curtain and is so very tiny) or the beds that were very hard...but the staff felt like like family. Thanks Haroula for being such a graceful host, Luis for making us laugh and the other gentleman who remembered how we liked our coffee in the morning. The pool was extremely nice and the hotel was very clean! I do wish we had a safe in the room though...
