Stayed at Nikos for my 30th wedding anniversary, and couldn't have been happier with the choice. We stayed there for 8 nights in July in a cave house with the caldera views simply breathtaking. The rooms were above average and comfortable, and very quiet, although a lot of steps to the main hotel area.

Nikos apartments is simply wonderful. Please book the sea view rooms, its spectacular! Service is good, staff are very nice and the view... makes you want to stay all day at the hotel. Its a walking distance to the centre of Oia. Its a very enjoyable walking there. Its very easy to get to Fira town too, just take the...

Wow. My breath was taken away when I saw the view of my room. The rooms are literally perched on the side of the caldera that looks into the center of an ancient volcano. The room from my balcony is the most beautiful I have ever seen from any hotel, anywhere in the world. It's simply incredible, and beyond what...

I've been in Nikos Apartments in 2006 as a part of a Eurotrip with my high school mates. We have stayed there for 3 days and had much more fun than expected. Owners were kind enough to put our stuff in the room @9:00 pm (before check-in). Perhaps the most helpful advice by the owners was having us informed about...

This place is significantly more expensive than apartments a few seconds away (though certainly not outrageously so). But it's worth it. The view from their terrace is simply breathtaking, and well worth the price in itself. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. The apartments are a very short walk from the center of town. Did...

I was there in June 2009 - it was awful - the room was dirty, the wireless was not working, the closet was broken - I didn't stay there even if I gave the money in advance for 2 days - after fighting with the owner I get my money back. Also it was very far away from the center...

Our experience at Nikos apartments was a complete disaster. We booked ahead of time, and was forced to pay all the money for the booking before we even got there. Things seemed okay at first when we got there during the day -- there were alot of bugs in the bathroom but we didnt think much of it at the...

A quaint no frills space with kitchenette, refrigerator- and lots of open space. The bed was large and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We stayed at Nikos three nights during mid-August (the high season for the Greek isles). Our fourth night we spent at a "luxury" hotel in Firostefani on the caldera side, and we decided we preferred...
