Stayed for a night. Noticed a lot of stuff that needs a make over. AC is old, front cover is broken, Chairs are worn out and looks dirty. Drawers in the room also are chipped and worn out. Bath tub needs an upgrade as well. Bathroom sink drains very slow.
Room has a small fridge and microwave. Didn’t get much sleep since I hear doors closing here and there from other rooms. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper and the guest staying above my room walks back and forth and I can hear heavy steps. Bed comfort is just average.

It was a pleasant experience. Travis was awesome. We arrived late after finding out
Our air bnb was 2 hrs from where we had to have my grandson and then to travel
Daily to his games would have been a nightmare traveling on the dark road that actually needed a 4x4. There were no 1st floor rooms available but Travis made it work for me as I had had bilateral knee surgery and no elevators. It’s nothing fancy so no fancy breakfast daily. It was quiet and peaceful no pool or fitness room. Great ice cream place across the street and the best Dominos I’ve had. Things were cheaper in Norwich NY too. The town was beautiful and had lots of history. Just smell like cigarettes which was a shock people still smoked and then we got looked out because of an issue with a latch but was fixed immediately. I would stay there again if ever back there.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and was made up nicely for the second night of our stay - a feature less seldom seen these days. The breakfast offered was minimal, but that was stated in advance so is not a complaint. Overall, very satisfied.

My room on the second floor had all of the amenities that have been eliminated from certain hotel guest rooms over the past 5 years. However, the front desk staff basically lied to my face and made it seem very convincing in regards to me not being charged for my dog Lucy who's a service animal. Mind you, I'm a disabled Operation Iraqi Freedom Vet who has PTSD and if my dog isn't with me, it's bad. What also bothered me is the fact that the room key card reader for the back door was tempermental, there was a beep in the second floor hallway that wouldn't go off, guests made noises going in and out of their room(s) during the night and I was charged extra for WiFi that's supposed to be free. Would I stay here again? Seeing as how I paid full price for three nights, I might as well stay at another hotel.

When we arrived the carpet was dirty and the mirrors smudged. We had no maid service during our stay. The window screen was broken, a bureau drawer was broken and the toilet seat was badly chipped. The ice machine was filled manually by an employee. The snack machine was completely empty. Breakfast was a cup of mixed fruit and a granola bar.

I feel bad for the people working here because they were very nice and they tried to do their best but this is one of the worst hotels/motels I've ever stayed in. We stayed there for one night this past weekend while visiting my fiance's family for Easter. It was the first time we were able to visit them in two years. The first thing you smell upon entering is the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby hallway. That smell continued in the hallways leading to our room. Our room was dark even with the lights on. The handle for the bathroom door was loose because a screw was missing (no pun intended!). When we moved the blanket back, our sheet were full of someone else's hair. I had to go down to the lobby and ask for clean sheets and a clean blanket. The only good thing about breakfast was the coffee. The selections for breakfast were bare to say the least. Suffice to say, we will not be staying here in the future when we visit the relatives again!

I was in an emergency situation and needed a local room immediately. The staff was accommodating at every turn. They were polite, understanding and the room was clean. They had a very busy weekend however; worked quickly to switch my room seamlessly (I understood that I my current room was only available for a couple of days because of a wedding in town that was pre booked) they worked
with me and communication was great and seemless.

motel was old and needed a refresh. the free breakfast was virtually non existent. There were several unsavory folks hanging around. The price was way too high for the quality of the motel I would not recommend this motel

Room dirty found garbage in nightstand drawer. Not impressed considering were in the middle of a pandemic i have stayed at much cleaner hotels during this time Not enough towels,asked housekeeping for more...never got them! Will not stay here again!!

I needed a place to stay before and after my mom died. The staff was wonderful and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not offered due to the Covid19 pandemic so not able to rate food. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Norwich.
