A bit skeptical at first because we had to book online without seeing this property, we were so pleasantly surprised. This little spot couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. I can’t speak highly enough of the cleanliness and attention to detail. The back deck overlooking the cornfield gave us opportunities to cook, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. The proprietors were so very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this spot for families of kids playing baseball in Cooperstown.

Our family found itself in a jam for our youngest daughter’s graduation, when her two adult sisters suddenly had no place to stay. Well, Patrick welcomed us as kindly as could be, at 11pm on a Friday night. He and his daughter really saved us! We were in Room 6, which had two queen beds, a beautiful view and a door out onto a lovely porch area. We were delighted to find how absolutely spotless and comfortable our room was. Any time we ran into Patrick, he was kind, welcoming and up for a chat. And considering how desperate we were, they gave us the best price (we were prepared to get a larger bill considering we were in such a tight spot). Truly, this is the kind of business you want to support.

This Inn is so comfortable! Inside is sparkling clean and has all the modern amenities. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with full kitchen and living area. There are numerous grills and a huge screened in porch for gathering.

We've stayed at the Redwood inn and Suites for many years. They're always friendly and the rooms are great. Every room opens up to a nice covered deck and a lawn area with picnic tables and a grill. It's perfect for a family. It's way better than those chain motels.

Patrick is a great guy and keeps the place ship shape. Convenient to what we had planned and Patrick offered a good suggestion about the Franklin Railroad museum. We'd consider staying again. Nice little pizza place just down the road that delivers.

Very friendly owners accommodated my last minute request to stay one night. Place, in general, very well kept. Rooms were very clean and well stocked. Beds/pillows quite comfortable and had a good night sleep. It's located in a very quiet area. Would definitely go back!

We stayed here the last week of August. Our grandson was playing in Cooperstown. We stayed in one of the apartments that offered two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, dining room and kitchen, very spacious and immaculate! Recently remodeled nicely. Free wifi and central air, which was a must for me. It was a perfect choice so we could eat breakfast and lunch or dinner there depending on when his games were. It was a gorgeous 20 minute drive through the country each day going to Cooperstown Dream Field. Extremely friendly staff, they made sure you were taken care of. No question I would stay here again in a heart beat. Beautiful scenery. And did I mention free laundry!

If you are searching for a place to stay while you child is playing at one the Cooperstown ballparks...THIS IS IT!!!!!! This place is immaculate! Seriously, you could eat off the bathroom floor. Owner run and operated, they will make you feel completely at home. Try to get several of your team's families to stay here....book at least the three apartments which have multiple bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and a full, well-stocked kitchen. The three apartments open to a nice screened in porch area where we hung out with the other families in the evenings.
We even had our team party here! It was awesome and so much better than any restaurant could have been. All of the families that did not stay here regretted that they did not!!! What a wonderful week with tons or memories and friendships made. Can wait to book our next trip just here!!!!

We stayed here overnight while moving our son into SUNY Oneonta. The rooms were well appointed and exceptionally comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great mattress, pillows and linens. The owners have given much attention to detail and it is extremely pleasant stay. The inn is conveniently located to downtown Oneonta and Cooperstown. One of the nicest places we have stayed at in years!

The owner goes out of his way to be an excellent host. He even directed me to a lovely bike ride around Goodyear Lake. This is 13 minutes from All Star Village. It is also immaculate. Did I mention the free washer and dryer?

No breakfast but I'm pretty certain you can grill. Everything was clean and neat.
