In all my years of truck driving I have stayed in a lot of motels. I have never stayed in a place so disgusting and filthy. No toilet paper, had to go to the office to get some. Room looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed in quite some time. All surfaces were sticky and grimy. I walked with bare feet and later got in the shower. The dirt that came off my feet was terrible. Only positive thing about this disastrous place was I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any. If I wasn’t on my motorcycle I more than likely would have slept in my vehicle. Just my opinion but stay away from this place… run the other way. Giving this place a -10 out of 5. And that’s being generous

Stay anywhere but at this hotel. The stairs to the room smelled like urine, the room smelled of mold and mildew, the toilet and shower was repulsive and we stopped at walmart to get cleaning supplies - and that still didn't make the shower worth using. There was no closet, shampoo, blowdryer, clock, fridge, etc.. The bed felt like a cement slab - and we purchased our own sheets to sleep on top of the bed. Just outside our window, there was a lot of fighting that we heard most of the night. Definitely was not restful!!!
When checking out - nobody around to take key.

***** STAY AWAY******* Seriously, the guy who said sleep in the car was right. I jammed the chair under the door and my son's jeans under the door to keep out the draft. Smelled like I don't know what. Went to Walmart to get sleeping bags - more money than the room so I bought a can of Lysol. Sprayed everything, the sheets, towles, walls, floor, shower - you name it I tried to kill it. Hopefully I killed everything and didn't catch anything. Room was freezing but did eventually heat up except the bathroom so I covered the floor in towels so we could walk on it. Literally the water in the bathroom took 25 minutes to get hot and I was afraid to turn it off so we all went in one after the other. When I ask the kids at Oneonta College about the hotel - they had never heard of it. (BIG HINT)..

Looks okay from outside. It was late and we were desperate. Left after seeing just how dirty and nasty it was. We found a room in Binghamton which was a long drive at midnight but was without fear if fungus or bedbugs. We were preparing to sleep in the car rather than stay here. We don't require fancy but an effort at clean is a requirement for $108. Don't bother here because you'll only be disappointed and disgusted.

I arrived and things looked as I expected for a lower-cost hotel. A couple of things were a bit unusual - such as the only outlet I could find within reach was in the bathroom and would only work if the bathroom light/fan was on. Fortunately, it does not take long to charge my cell phone. Also, the toilet paper dispenser was 3-4 feet away from the toilet (good thing I have long arms!). The third issue I had was that there was no place (other than the towel rack in the bathroom) to hang my clothes. The first night's stay was otherwise comfortable.

In the morning, I noticed two spiders (one in the corner of the bathroom and one in the corner of the main room) - I killed one.

After I returned from my day's activities, I noticed some disconcerting items:
1 - The plastic cup I had used the previous night and that morning was still where I had left it - not replaced with a clean one.
2 - The spider I had left alive in the bathroom was still that way (undisturbed) when I returned and peaked my curiosity - I found 5 smaller spiders (and some additional cobwebs) throughout the room.
3 - The washcloth I had taken from its decorative spot (folded in the bathmat) was still in the same spot I had put it - unfolded on the back of the toilet.
4 - The bathroom floor still had dirt (from before I had arrived) just inside the doorway.
5 - Upon closer inspection, the rest of the room had not been vacuumed either - either the housekeeping staff was not doing its job (get new staff) or not trained properly (management problem).

When I checked out the next morning and pointed out some of the above issues, the front desk/manager was not concerned in the slightest. I will never return to this hotel.

No refunds. No accountability for lack of hot water. Avoid at all costs. Dank moldy rooms smell of smoking guests past.... Disgusting. Agree with Kiddergirl: do not reserve and do not reserve thru booking.com.
Bedspread? Foul and discolored. Probably never washed. Folks who stay here, and I say it without judgment, stay here by the hour. One guy consumed a 12 pack of beer daily.
Proprietor affects poor English (may or may not speak English well), but a master manipulator.
If you are a woman who must stay here alone, pay the extra $ and stay elsewhere. It's not worth saving a few dimes.
Doors do not always lock. Be sure to check before leaving the room to ensure lock works.
Moldy ,dark, and dank, Feels like if anything bad happens in town, it would happen here.

I stayed at this motel because I was going with my friends for their alumni weekend at the college. Because it was alumni weekend, any nicer places were already booked so this was the only option. I went in with the lowest of low expectations but was actually pleasantly surprised.

The beds were a bit springy, so you might get a sore back, but the room was overall clean and welcoming. The linens and towels appeared fresh, the bathroom showed some wear but was otherwise clean and the shower had great heat and pressure; our bathroom looked like it had just been renovated (faux wood floors), We had a king bed, so it was spacious and the bathroom was quite large (room 29). Our friends were in a twin bed room, which was slightly smaller, and might not have been updated as recently. I was expecting the crowd at the place not to be the best, but it was mostly college alumni when we were there, and the place was actually quite quiet at night.

Amenities in the room: fridge, microwave, hairdryer, flat screen tv

I can say I went in expecting it to be the worst, and found it to be quite a nice stay. Also can't beat the location - right in the middle of town.

Since I live in the Oneonta School District, I receive notices of sex offenders living within the school district. There are 2 level 2 offenders living at this motel address as per the notice I received today. Family stayed at this hotel recently and described it as o.k.
