Great location. So close to everything. Everyone is friendly, and the breakfast is amazing. Comfortable beds, very clean, nice library with lots and lots of good books. Lots of helpful maps and menus of near by attractions and restaurants

Absolutely perfect - beautiful house and property, comfortable and welcoming. Just a very charming old home, nicely renovated with modernized, very clean facilities. Every aspect was wonderful. We stay in B&Bs frequently and this one was really top-notch! Cindy and Casey were awesome hosts, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and all the little extra touches were so appreciated. Wish we could...

I don't usually write reviews, but this place was worth it! They were so hospitable and the food was great in the morning. Even the coffee was delicious. I will be recommending to our friends as well. One of the best things we like about the place was how clean it was. The common areas were very cozy, and there...

This is great place to stay in Penn Yan a short walk to town and all it amenities, a quiet and peaceful setting. The room we stayed in was the sculpture room at the front of the house. Very comfortable and very clean. The hosts are the thing that make this a great place . Cindy and Casey are very...

Casey and Cindy just about planned our 4 days in the area after an excellent, filling breakfast that included fresh baked goods They helped lay out wineries, breweries, hikes and dinners. I must say every recommendation was spot on.

The Finger Lakes Bed and Breakfast is exactly the type of place that you picture staying at in your mind when you think of what a B and B should be. It is set back off the road and has a very accessible parking area for guests. The wrap around porch is the first thing you notice as you approach...

The people who run this place were very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was included but it was a bit over the top for us, I am sure many people like the extras, we like basics. We were offered many types of juices which was a nice touch. Maybe some bagels would be a good choice for picky eaters....

This B & B is amazing. The hosts Casey and Cindy are the best. When we arrived, Casey and his band mate were finishing a rehearsal, playing lovely blues and jazz on the sax and bass guitar. Cindy had homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies waiting. The room was lovely and comfortable. The property has beautiful common space, and lovely porches...

As always the service is outstanding at the FLBB. The owners are great hosts and provide great suggestions of wineries and places to eat. This was our 3rd stay in 3 years and highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the theatre room . A great Bed and Breakfast, the wrap round porch was great for relaxing at the end of the day with a glass of wine which we did on each night. The location was an excellent base for exploring Finger Lakes, and within reasonable travel distance to Niagara Falls. The...
