Breakfast is the special of this B & B. A menu with choices that are prepared by a terrific chef. Only B & B we have stayed in that offered so much for breakfast. The room was clean and had all the normal amenities. The old furniture was hard to sit on and quite difficult to get off of, being...

My sister and I were in the two bedroom. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable - each with air conditioning. The breakfasts were excellent!!!! The grounds (garden area and front porch) were very nice and relaxing. A short walk and you are in the downtown area with lots of dining options. My sister and I enjoyed a nice afternoon at...

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Harry Fox room at this B&B. You've already heard of the wonderful breakfasts, so I'll just add that yes, there are many that are very hearty (the Belgian waffles look like a work of art, and would serve 3 or 4!), but, wanting something lighter, I had cream of buckwheat (Penn...

My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay. The breakfast was very good and nice company too. It was easy to book as they got back to us the same day that I left a message. Very historic and beautifully kept mansion.

Best bed and breakfast we have ever been to with warm welcome and wonderful hospitality from the owners. We got there later than expected, but the owners accommodated our schedule and was ready to receive us when we arrived. The owner gave us a thorough tour of this 6500 mansion and its historical significance, and our room was clean and...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fox Inn in Penn Yan. Mike and Tanya made us feel very welcome and the place is very clean. They also had many suggestions regarding wine and brewery tours. The breakfast was also spectacular. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I discovered this place by accident; we were in a pinch, as the accommodation we'd booked turned out to be really nasty. It was this 4th of July weekend, and yet Tanya, the proprietor, was kind and helpful over the phone, and booked us in despite it being late in the evening. I knew we'd be in...
