We stayed in the Blue Room and it was perfect for two people. Doug is an excellent cook and did not disappoint with breakfast. The price is just right for the beautifully remodeled home. Their two dogs were very friendly & sweet - if you do not like dogs, this is not the place for you. Doug had great suggestions...

Thank you for your kind review. We try and ensure that all guests understand that Pippi and Luna are active members of the household and they are hard to avoid during your stay. We want all potential guests to be comfortable with the fact that we have dogs.

We had a great time here renting the whole house to celebrate my 40th birthday! The hosts were very gracious. They made a DELICIOUS gluten free pancake breakfast...ironically for the guest who never showed up!!!! The rooms were all super clean and comfortable! We talked about making this an annual tradition! Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

The room was comfortable, big, and quiet, there was a very good breakfast, and the other guest was interesting. It is important to contact the host directly--she called me the day before to say that she wouldn't be there at certain hours (and then was ten minutes later than she had expected)--and they would rather you booked directly with them....

The rooms seem very comfortable, allowing for a well rested night. An opportunity for making new friends and enjoying a menu which fits the decor of the Inn. Well prepared and served with a friendly smile and good wishes for a fine meal.

Nice comfortable room, bed and huge breakfast. The owner Kathy, is welcoming and chatty and you are greeted by the two doggy residents who love you to death. Good a.c. in the room, decent bed and pillows. Very b&b. Be careful about the bathroom as the one we were in has a low bar that supports the shower door that...

We stayed in the Rose room with our 3 girls (16, 13, 7). The room was spacious with a separate room attached with a twin bed for each kid, plus an extra trundle bed we didn't need. The breakfasts were delicious each day. One morning we had the most amazing pancakes with salted caramel syrup and nectarines- truly the most...

Thank you for your kind words. It is our goal to make all of our guests feel like family. When Kathe first introduced me to the gluten free pancake recipe, I thought, "gluten free, yuck, I'd rather eat the box." Then she made the initial test batch and I declared them "The Pancakes". Even though these take extra preparation (we...

If you don't mind toilet to not have neither door or even curtain, than you don't find anything better not only in the neighborhood but in many miles around. Convenient location in between Waterloo, Phelps, Watkins Falls, Finger lakes, wineries, and if you wish - only couple of hours from Niagara Fall.

Amazing B&B located close to the Finger Lakes Wine Region. Our room was perfect and quaint. Doug was welcoming and inviting, giving great suggestions for dining and wineries in the region and in the morning, we had a wonderful breakfast. It truly was a great girls' getaway!

My 2 sisters and I stayed at the Yorkshire Inn last weekend. We were made welcome by Kathy, Doug and their 2 very sweet dogs. We stayed in the Rose Suite and were very pleased with the room and the amenities. Bottled water and coffe were always available on the hall. White robes, along with extra blankets and pillows were...

Thank you for your kind review. We encourage people to mention Pippi and Luna in their reviews because we never want it to be a surprise that we have 2 dogs. I was delighted to find myself back in the area on business as it gave me the opportunity to stay here again. Still warm and charming and very cozy. The Innkeepers are very friendly as are the Pups. It was a pleasure to return and I would love the recipe for those puff pastries!

Ah, Kathe's puff pastry recipe is a carefully guarded secret. My favorite is the cream cheese filled "cheese pockets".
