Friendly owner was very accommodating last minute. Cabin 3 is a little outdated and worn out for $150/night. Metal shower stall I haven’t seen since summer camp. Mouse droppings near the radiator pipe holes. Bring a fan with you. Cabin definitely has nice view and...More
We had a lovely couple of nights in a small cabin by the lake. It had a nice porch, charcoal/wood barbeque, a wood fireplace stocked with firewood, and a few other nice touches. Friendly staff and very clean. On the rustic side, but we didn't...More

Yes, they have a coffee maker as well as all basic kitchen "tools", and linens are provided. There is what I would consider a smaller normal frige - not one of the big new kind, but definitely big enough for your stay. There is daily maid service to replace used linens. Just in case you don't know...there is no swimming in their lake, only fishing, canoeing and rowboats, but I believe you can swim in Mirror Lake in Lake Placid. Enjoy your trip, we LOVE it up there!!!
