Good value for money with rate lower than many nearby hotels. Warm, comfortable and excellent friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere. Only a few minutes walk from the shops. Breakfast was good, food was fresh. Yes some sound from adjacent room was noticeable but was not a problem. Highly recommended. I would definitely consider going back.

Stayed here about 15 years ago and it was just ok. So we thought we would try again with a few friends. Unfortunately little has changed; upkeep is poor, stained and worn pillows and Furnishings in the sitting room, had to ask for coffee and staff put out a cookie bar cut into 8 pieces (cheap), interior is not well...

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience at The Inn. We have recently undergone many updates as well as replaced all of our pillows so were surprised to hear you felt the upkeep at The Inn is poor. We provide complimentary coffee throughout the day as well as house baked "treats" that we typically...

Charming rooms, comfortable beds, Hotel staff very accommodating. A delicious hot and cold breakfast every morning with eggs, bacon, home fries, cold cereals, granola, fresh baked quick breads and muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, sometimes waffles, eggs Benedict, and be sure to try the yummy mini-danish! Also a cozy bar/restaurant with live music nightly. Highly recommended.

Our family met here for the Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the Inn so much we are already planning on returning next year. The entire inn is decorated in the Victorian period. They have managed to update the bathrooms without losing the charm. Common areas are warm and inviting our family often gathered in them for relaxing conversation. And the Breakfasts!...

We booked the Inn, sight unseen, and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Inn is a charming old Victorian with unique antique furniture and decor. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The complimentary buffet breakfast was very good. To top it off- the price was very reasonable.

We (a mother/daughters trip) stayed one night on our way to Montreal. LOVED it! An older quaint and quiet small hotel with a history, a great accommodating staff, a wonderful restaurant/bar menu, spectacular breakfast choices in the morning, mesmerizing décor from the time you walk through the front door. (Hmm maybe I will paint my living room with that beautiful...

We upgraded to a suite and it was worth it. The place is adorably dog eared. Breakfasts included and it was really good. Even had almond milk. The huge 4 poster bed was great and certainly comfy. Little things like the fan in the bathroom sounded liked an airliner taking off a plugs for cell phones by the beds and...

A lovely old Victorian property that has been updated and modernized without losing its charm. The furniture is all new Victorian replicas, and at times it seems a bit too ruthlessly quaint. But the beds are super comfortable, the rooms spacious and inviting, and the plumbing is thoroughly modern. The bar and small restaurant have a great vibe, and the...

We unfortunately only spent a night here just stopping to visit with an old friend. Saratoga Springs can be a slightly pricey place for hotels. The price of this inn seemed to good to be true but it was all good. We had a lovely king bed room with a small sitting area. The bathroom was spacious. The inn is...

This was our second time staying at the Inn, and we look forward to returning. It is charming and the staff is very warm and hospitable. The Inn is rich in history, yet it is a only a block away from all that downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer - so convenient. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious...
