Housekeeping almost non existent; trash left in basket, no soap or toilet paper. Website said cell phone service was available, but none existed. Parking area was very muddy. TV disconnected. Room had absolutely no amenities, hugely overpriced.

My folks go here often but this was the first time for me. Had the Escargot inside a Mushroom Cap with White Wine Garlic Sauce appetizer. Delicious. Tried the Calamari appetizer, well-made, not tough, no legs and a healthy portion. Would order again. Also tried the Baked Clams appetizer, delicious also. Pops said the Crab Cake appetizer was very good....

This Motel had a great location for me and my wife's trip to our daughter's summer camp visiting day trip but that's where the good things end. Here is a breakdown of the CSI. Bear in mind we paid 130.00 per night. Room: The Good: Direct TV with HBO Solid WIFI Signal Good Cell Signal Very Clean Near Phoenicia (food,...

Just spent a lovely weekend upstate at the Catskill Seasons Inn with family. The owners, Chago and Vicky were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and tasteful with clean lines, an inviting decor and an attention to detail sometimes overlooked in other small establishments. I'm hoping to make a trip back before Summer's end! Highly recommended!

Overpriced and charmless. This place was awful and depressing. We had a room over the dining room and it looked like an upstairs room over someone's house. It didn't feel at all like a motel, but someone's upstair's room with two beds crammed in, thin walls, narrow hallways. We almost left but were too tired from skiing to bother. Coffee...

Stayed two nights in mid February. Room clean, not super modern but updated. The inn and Chalet are 40 years old and have lots of charm. Restaurant and Bar very accommodating, if you want lighter order off bar menu where there is a roaring fire. Hosts very nice but not B&B in your space - we really enjoyed our stay. PS...

We were in the area for hiking the next morning and stopped to ask for directions to a camp site. The employees at the bar (who turned out to be owners) were very helpful and never pushed us to stay at their place giving us information on the surrounding area and all camp sites in the area. After some deliberating,...

Really nice room, clean, and appeared newly renovated. Decent appetizers at the restaurant, but the prime rib was fat laden and the chicken was flavorless - way over priced...will stay again but skip the restaurant -

Dear Monica It was a pleasure to welcome you to the inn and we thank you for choosing us. We are glad you found the accommodations to your standards but disappointed that you found the restaurant less so. The Black Angus prime rib which we serve can be over marblelized which is why it is such a generous cut, but...

My husband and I spent two nights in one of the chalet rooms. The room was spacious, bright and very cheerful; came with its own kitchen, dining table, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator etc.; everything you could hope for from an Inn. We had trouble with the TV and after we called Vicky, Carlos came to help us. What I...

Hi I visited this hotel and stay there in the weekend of Oct 10-12th. This place is about 2-3 miles from Phoenicia and close to a lot of local attractions, however silently tucked in. We were a family of 4 adults and 3 kids and we stayed in the main building. The rooms were recently renovated , RM 1 and...

Dear Lakshmi: It was a pleasure meeting you & your friends and your adorable children! Thank you for the kind words regarding our inn and restaurant. Your stay was in the rooms over the restaurant where there was plenty of sound insulation put in during renovation for the comfort of our guests. If you are ever in our lovely part...
