Prayer services were very nice. The rest is to be desired, including the worst bathroom towels, no cable/internet. Old TV was stashed away in a...

My friends and I attempted to get a room from this dump (not our first choice, but it was late, we were tired, and our choices were extremely limited), but were disdainfully informed that the hotel doesn't "rent to non-Jews." Um, really? Needless to say, a complaint is pending with the state -- and if I could give zero stars,...

This hotel is geared to a very specific population. If you are Jewish and ultra orthodox, chassidic chances are you will enjoy yourself immensely. if you are a foodie and are into traditional Jewish home cooked food, you are in for a treat. I went there with my family for Succot. the food was beyond plentiful. The portions size were...

This is incredibly disappointing to read, and I'm so sorry that you left disappointed. All of the above issues are things that the front desk would have resolved, and I understand how frustrating it is if they didn't. My team are normally incredibly helpful and polite, so I'm surprised about this feedback, but I'll be sure to talk to them,...
