I visited Staten Island for a Halloween party. We stood there. Rooms were extremely small. No shelves in the bathroom to put your stuff on. The price started out $116 and ended up to $162. They added on extra taxes and fees. Parking space was also small. No back door at the hotel. Only one way in and out. Outlets...

The most absurd, disgusting hotel we've ever seen or regretted and you will find the same. Old building with very small rooms, a frightening elevator and kids running the joint. The place is located at the back end of a strip mall parking lot with no lights and very little parking. As soon as you get into the elevator you...

I made a mistake when booking and was very grumpy when I realized I had one king sized bed for 3 people. The nice man at the front desk was patient and professional and even made me laugh. Later during my stay a very sweet woman named Erica made my day by helping me out on two different occasions!

Realizing this is a review of a comfort inn and not a Ritz Carlton: it's a clean and well run place and should get more stars but I save those for typical 5 star resort properties. About this hotel: Staff very attentive. Erica, who cleaned our room is a sweetie! Remembers your name and likes & needs. Also more kudos...

It's a nice clean hotel with tiny rooms. The complementary breakfast is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is about 20 to 25 mins drive to the ferry terminal and they do supply a shuttle at set times and you will need to prebook your seat as it does fill up. There is also a public...

we had a king bed room and spend one night. The room was very small, my husband and I turned away and would bump into each other. Only 2 pillows on our bed, call to get more pillows and was told they were out of pillows. Parking lot was small, only a few spaces.

We stayed there a few days ago to attend to a family matter on Staten Island. VERY helpful staff, who are on duty 24/7. Free internet/computer and fitness center in cellar. Convenient to do our thing on Staten Island. Not far from Rt 440 after exiting NJ Turnpike to take Outer Bridge Crossing. Reasonable. Clean. Ample free breakfast.

Booked this Comfort Inn on the stay123 website, back in March 2016. It was going to cost $19.00 a night to park at the cruise pier ($266.00 for the 14 nights) Instead we got the Comfort Inn with free breakfast buffet, free parking for 14 days and a free shuttle to & from the Cruise Port. Room was compact (Small!)...

It's on the cheaper side but it shows. The rooms are small. There were some spots obviously not vacuumed well. Bathroom was clean, and water pressure was good. Breakfast was decent but food options are limited after that. Planet Wings will deliver but that took awhile. The hotel is a little out of the way, but not bad.

Stayed here to access the Staten Island Ferry. This hotel was hard to find due to location and strange roads. Hotel had tiny lobby and some guest rooms were in basement as was the breakfast room. We did not feel safe. Rooms were not that clean and nothing special. A plus was that the hotel offered a free shuttle to...
