We stayed here for 3 nights to play in NYC. The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and we'll laid out. The bathroom is large with an area for luggage. There is even a mini full kitchen!! The bus ride to the ferry is easy and the ferry ride itself is great. Great location to stay if you...

Stayed here for three nights with my sister to go to a play and shop. The staff was helpful, bus stop is right on the corner to the Ferry, rooms were clean and large. Had no complaints. Had a wonderful stay and visited the exchange to shop while we were there. Plan on going back in October this year.

Always a great stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. Great location and we had a great run around all of Fort Wadsworth. Rooms are very nice and extremely clean. The only complaint I have is with the pillows. Not sure where they got them or how much they paid for them, but they...

We stayed three nights at the Lodge to tour Manhattan. Our son is fascinated with public transportation so for us it was a great trip! We took the S51 bus from out front of the hotel to the ferry, and road the ferry to Manhattan. We toured Manhattan, Brooklyn, and went to a Yankees game. The staff at the lodge are...

Our family enjoyed our visit at the Navy Lodge on Staten Island! The rooms have been very nicely updated, have plenty of space and it was so nice to have had a full kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Patricia, in particular, at the front desk was extremely kind, friendly and hard working. She was the first person we met at...

Very clean, comfortable beds and nice continental breakfast. This is a great place to stay if you love to travel on a budge. The base is small but has a nice little Coast Guard Exchange with a little of everything(clothing men/women's, alcohol, basic groceries/snacks/sofas) which is nice and handy and prices are much better then off base. Very friendly and...

We make a trip to Staten Island every Summer and The Navy Lodge is the best place to stay. It is much cheaper than any of the surrounding hotels and has drink machines, washers and dryers. In addition, most (if not all) of the local restaurants deliver to The Lodge. I don't care much for the big city so this...

Great room, great value. A short Uber ride to the Staten Island ferry. Enjoyed the tour of the Fort and had a large room! There was a refrigerator and microwave. In addition a large bathroom and two queen beds. Our family reunion was a blast!

We finally arrived at the Navy Lodge after driving all day and most of the evening from Sarasota, Florida. We negotiated, what felt like, a hundred freeways, toll booths, crazy traffic before finally arriving to the welcome peace offered by the Navy Lodge. As we walked into the lobby, our blood pressures began to lower as we were welcomed, offered...
