Make reservations as early as possible, it fills up very fast. If you do get a reservation you will be very pleased from the first phone call when they promise to do everything they can to make your visit delightful. On arrival we are greeted by Ken the bellman and a person with lots of great info, then you check...

This place is great from the time you pull up the drive the friendly staff meets you and usher you to your room. The rooms are large and clean with nightly turndown service. The bar is quite and comfortable and the food is great. Looking forward to next years visit.

I've stayed here three different times, each on golf trips with friends. We return to The Lodge because it offers everything we look for in a resort. Easy to get to, rooms with all the amenities including a balcony, restaurant, bar and within a two minute walk to the clubhouse and the casino. This is the best golf/casino/food/accomidations destination we...

This hotel was such a nice diversion for us when we took a "casino trip" with our friends who love to gamble. It's a short walk from the casino, and easy to escape from the smoke and action. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with great sheets. The meals from room service, which is tied...

We stayed in a beautiful suite.Staff was very courteous. When you drive up to the front of the building it is very impressive. The hotel was connected to the casino and restaurants so if the weather was bad you did not have to go outside. The grounds around The Lodge were very nice and if you like to walk is...

Was invited to a wonderful wedding and the wedding and the venue was fantastic except for one epic fail on the venues part. It rained and there were maybe 3 umbrellas for 100 +people. I would think a venue to this caliber would be prepared. No one minded nor did it "dampen" our happiness for the day nor were the...

Management response:

We thank you for your feedback and offer our apologies for any inconvenience the weather may have caused. It is disappointing to hear that our staff did not advise you that umbrellas are located in the closet of every room at the resort. We will take measures to ensure that we always let our guests know about the amenities in...

We were at The Lodge for 4 nights, and as always, had a wonderful stay. I noticed a few slight differences - the amenities in the bathroom, changes in staff throughout the property, a slight decrease in the elan of the place. And the mattresses might need to be looked at. But still, it is a wonderful destination.

The Lodge at Turning Stone is by far the best accommodations that we have had at this resort. We've stayed many times before in other parts of the resort, but the Lodge is such an amazing experience. It is a bit separate from the main casino, however quick access to the main casino. Access can either be a quick walk...

Had lunch at the buffet, was seated right away. Food choices was great for lunch. Had a nice meal and then gambled the day away. Stayed in the hotel and also the tower. I enjoyed the hotel more even though it's older. The hotel rooms are larger and easier to get to the casino. Would recommend staying at the hotel.

College touring, a friend suggested this as the best bet while visiting HAMILTON. Upon arrival at the Turning Stone complex it took 3 attempts to find the lodge. The complex was packed on Saturday afternoon and the staff at the casino then the towers were helpful with directions but we still found it confusing and the signage is limited. Once...
