Very charming B&B with Eileen as our attentive hostess! She made sure our stay at Seasons was comfortable with a clean room ready and snacks upon our arrival. Little extras like water and snacks in the room were much appreciated. She is a wonderful cook and treated us to a multi-course breakfast that filled us for the day. Be sure...

Recently, we had the pleasure of staying at Seasons Bed & Breakfast for a family wedding. Our visit exceeded expectations. When we drove up the driveway around the beautiful floral hanging baskets and sweeping porch, we were greeted by Eileen, the owner. Her warmth and friendliness guaranteed a wonderful visit. Our Suites were very comfortably appointed and much larger than...

We stayed overnight to visit our son in the area. We had planned to hike but it was very rainy. Instead we spent hours relaxing on the lovely porch. Eileen was helpful and solicitous, but gave us plenty of space as a family. The morning breakfast was fabulous, home cooked, with lots of local food. I highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed in Suite #2 (the sunporch) for an anniversary weekend. Eileen's hospitality was impeccable and the room was comfortable--- perfect for reconnecting after a busy year. The sunroom was perfect for relaxing, talking, reading, and playing games. Each morning's breakfast was unique and delicious with fresh, local ingredients.

The location is extremely beautiful with a flashback to the past. It provides a homey feeling with the utmost detail put on the "visitors". The hostess capabilities are far above any hotel accommodations. The overall atmosphere of the Seasons Bed & Breakfast is friendly and helpful. It feels more like visiting family than staying in a sterile hotel.

Warrensburg has probably had little changes in the last 50 years. For some that is a good thing. At the gateway to the Adirondacks is Seasons B&B. I have come back to this little gem for 12 plus years. The owner, Eileen Fraiser will prepare a breakfast each morning fit for royalty and she cannot do enough for her guests....

I had the pleasure of staying here two nights for a family wedding (along with other family members). Everything in the beautiful home was OUTSTANDING....the beautiful, clean, and very well-kept accomodations....the amazing and yummie breakfasts....the hangin' out with family and other very friendly guests on the comfy porch....etc (easily could go on and on...). Eileen was absolute sweetheart and the...
