This hotel is such good value for money. Very nice people staffing the hotel, excellent food if you order the dinner in advance, heated floors in the winter, comfortable beds, cozy fireplace in the shared space, and stunning views of Toubkal and beyond. I am so delighted to have visited Imlil and I would certainly stay in this hotel again!

Beautiful setting and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The dinner was one of the best we had in Morocco. However this seemed incredibly costly for what it was and arguably dramatically more expensive than some of the other places on offer. The rooms were OK but I think that's indicative of the area.

I am a leader in a youth group called Life is not an Xbox. There were 25 of us in our group. We stayed at Dar Imlil for four nights. The hotel is just wonderful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and plentiful. Bread is still warm in the morning and to be honest I've never... More

I have stayed at Dar Imlil for several years. With different groups all seeking a 'Welcome in the Hill sides' !!! This is it. Look no further. This is a great place to spend a few days. The hospitality is fantastic; the food is excellent and Abdou and his staff do everything to make sure you feel at home. Rooms... More

This hotel was brilliant. It's right in the village of Imlil and has fantastic views from many of the rooms up to Toubkal (the highest peak in North Africa). We stayed in the room named 'Toubkal' and our little balconies with the breathtaking views were excellent. We also ate breakfast and dinner here, and the food was very tasty and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 young children (5 & 6) a year ago and I have felt bad that I did not put a review on, as it was such a lovely trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the large rooms, with everything you needed and nice bathroom. The staff were more than helpful and arranged... More

We stayed in a room on the roof, which meant that in the morning we woke up to amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast and dinner are served on the ground floor, which is cosy and warm if you're near the fire but a bit chilly if you're further away. The rooms are lovely, the staff are welcoming, and it's... We got upgraded to a superior room so got to experience the heated floor. Those tiles can get cold at night so this is a great touch. It was a beautiful room with majestic views of the mountains. Staff was very hospitable. Dinner was fine, but not memorable, breakfast was good. It is worth the walk to the front door... More

Great berber room with under floor heating, lovely mattress, nice bathroom. Abdou, the Manager, and the team ( Hassan, Lhoussain and the others) were just great. Made us feel like home during our 3 night stay and arranged for us to have a guide to the Toubkal. We will definitely be going back!!! Houda & David

This is a great place. They were brilliant with our large family of 12. Lovely large comfy bedrooms with very nice ensuite bathrooms. It all felt very authentic but was very comfortable - under floor heating in the bedrooms for those cold evenings. Very good food. The owner was very helpful with our walking and organised guides for us and... More
