Rooms comfortable, spacious, and clean. Only downside was not enough outlets for today's tech families, bring an extension cord or powerbar (Do not forget to bring it home). Hot breakfast was well stocked and area was clean, hot liquids available all the time not just breakfast. Even provided a free newspaper with all the Black Friday ads in it.

Stayed 1 night on Oct 5/16 The hotel is neat and clean, staff were pleasant and efficient. Major advantage is the closeness to the highway. Breakfast is sparse, basically gut fill When we checked in I found an old t-shirt on the back of the bedroom, I took to reception.

Thank you for the review. Direct and to the point. Sorry about the t-shirt I'll let the girls know, sometimes we all rush just a little too much. Appreciate the time you took to fill this out. Hope to see you again. Matthew

Was looking for an inexpensive place to stay while driving back from Vermont and was told of this place from a local. It appears to be an old Quality Inn. As matter of fact Google still has it listed as a Quality Inn. Virtually no difference however. Plenty of free parking, a mall, strip malls, supermarkets, gas stations, chain restaurants...

Thank you for the review. Next time you are in town if you stay with us feel free to watch whatever you like during breakfast , normally the TV just stays on whatever channel a prior guest switched it to. Yes we do offer extended stay housing, and love it! With Fort Drum being 10 mins up the road Watertown...

We have been here several times and the staff there have been great, we checked the room out first and found the first one had a bit of a strange musty smell to it, guess it needs new carpets or something but they offered another room and that was fine. The staff do go out of their way to help...

Thank you for the review, they are helpful to other guests for sure. I'm sorry to hear about that musty smell, glad we had a room to move you to. As a budget property we try and offer as much as possible but still keep the rates reasonable. Thank you for staying with us. Matthew

We were exhausted when we got here but oh what a nice little place to stay. Nothing to be critical about at all. The room was clean and the breakfast was more than what is offered at a typical restaurant. Eggs sausage and the waffle maker along with the typical continental fare. The bed. So heavenly after a long day...

I wrote a review several months ago and was very pleased with this place. I've had to come here several times during the last few months and it's been just as pleasant. Today, however, I had to change my first round because it smelled like urine. The second room wasn't much better. There is black mold in the shower, no...

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience, the mold in the shower area has been addressed. With you staying with us so many times before, you would have to agree this is not a normal situation and do apologize. I'm sorry to hear you will not be staying with us, but understand. Complimentary bottled water, juice breakfast! Clean rooms and very reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but the lobby was way too warm and i had noticed a cup of juice sit on the antique sewing machine in the upstairs hallway for two days. I did bring it to the attention of the desk person on the second day. I would...

We stayed here for two nights during Labor Day weekend for a visit to the Thousand Islands. It is just off Highway 81, with many restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful with the surrounding area. The room was big and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. One of the most comfy beds I've...

Yes we continue to work on the property as time and revenue allow. We have upgraded the seating in the breakfast area, that was on the top of the list. I agree the old table were not user friendly ;) Hope to see you again, thanks for the review. Matthew

Price was very reasonable, came to just under $100 including taxes, and the breakfast, if you're interested, was great. Really edible scrambled eggs, Starbucks coffee, both caffienated and decaff!!! Super fruit juices, fruit, milk, yogurt, waffles, sausages. And the coffee and juices are free around the clock! Front deck was gracious and welcoming; the room was clean and had everything...
