We stayed here on a family holiday in July 2015. We had 2 interconnecting rooms which had free WIFI. The speed of the WIFI was ok. The rooms were of decent size and the bathroom was also OK. The rooms had all the modern amenities (no A/C) but since we were staying in the winter time there was no need....

We stayed here just for 1 night.. Nice cottage..very good view of lake manyara.. Good breakfast, lunch & dinner.. Many choice for vegetarians .. This resort is quite good with a super view and well maintained garden etc.. But... Nothing much to see in Lake Manyara.. No much wild life here anymore ..

Great visit. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good. the only complaint I have is there is hardly any hot water. Would stay again though and recommend to others. The view from the pool is also really amazing.

We arrived after nightfall and were allocated #50 we saw the great view the next morning but it would have been better but for the early morning mist. Always try to get your arrival before the sun goes totally down if only doing a one nighter. We have stayed in Kenyan Serena's and the accommodation, food and service was well...

This is another great Serena lodge. The view from the pool is amazing and we really enjoyed swimming here. Pool side entertainment was also great. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Make sure you have a security guard walk you to your room after dark - there could be animals lurking. Staff are very attentive and lots of choice in...

We stayed here for one night as we passed through. The rooms were relatively clean (dead and not-so-dead insects around the floor). The area was tranquil and the buffet had plenty of options. We didn't try the pool, but it looked inviting.

We stayed her mid June and found it to be all we could wish for the one night stay. We found all locals in Tanzania friendly and all the staff here were no exception. The views over the lake particularly from the pool were great. Bedroom and all public areas clean and tidy. Bar and restaurant offer good efficient service

After a very bumpy start to our East Africa adventure we finally landed in Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. We stayed one night. The surrounding area is abundant of birdlife and the view from the pool area is amazing. The rooms are in buildings that look like a two storey yurt. It's very pretty. The food is excellent and plentiful. The...

The staff here were very helpful and friendly and the bird life around the hotel was amazing. Plenty of sunbirds, kingfishers, woodpeckers and finches. Our rooms were adequate, each with a small verandah.

Taking as its muse the glorious bird life of the fabulously soda-encrusted and pink flamingo-fringed...Lake Manyara, the swooping curves of this elegantly evocative lodge defy description.
