We had the best, most relaxing three day's here. Our hosts Di and James felt like old friends who made our stay exceptional; going the extra mile to help us find exactly what we needed and even took us to a very fine local winery for a tasting. I would recommend without hesitation.

The blue room at the back of the house was beautifully decorated and had a fabulous view over the garden at the back of the back of the house. The ensuite was lovely. The rooms were a lovely size. The four-poster bedroom at the front of the house had a tapestry over the original fireplace and lots of original features.... More

My wife and I recently stayed here and found the entire experience delightful. Newlyweds James and Di are charming and attentive hosts and go out of their way to ensure guests fully enjoy their stay. Our room, the Garden Room, was very comfortable and the cosy bed ensured a great nights sleep. A hearty breakfast is served in the garden... More

We stayed here just over a week ago and I was truly blown away, not only by the stunning surroundings and building, but also by the absolute generosity and kindness of the wonderful hosts. Puy l'eveque itself is a beautiful town, if a little sleepy, but la maison Delmas is such a lovely place to stay. It exudes history and... More

We had a wonderful weekend at Maison Delmas with James and Diane, who are two of the kindest hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. We booked our visit as part of a large wedding group, but unfortunately on our way our car broke down and we were stranded for hours before we were able to get a... More

A group of friends travelled south during a recent school holiday and stayed at Delmas. Location is great - in the middle of the beautiful historic town Puy L'Eveque. Rooms are very tastefully and sensitively decked out with big beds and everything you could need: very much in keeping with the house itself. Our breakfast was served out the back... More

Myself and a group of friends and family all stayed in this B&B for a long weekend for a wedding in the area. James was really friendly and the house is fantastic. “The Garden Room was very cool, which is great if the weather is hot. Next time, I would probably ask for the room overlooking the garden, which also has an en-suite. However, all the rooms have their own character, which is exactly what you want from a B&B. Whichever room you chose, you're guaranteed peace and quite.”
