This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes region of NY, and we were not disappointed. What a beautiful part of the the country, and we hope to return sometime in the near future. We were in the area to attend the IndyCar race at Watkins Glen Intl. race track over the Labor Day weekend. We had decided early... More

Had never stayed in a B&B before this trip. The breakfast was great (she even made the jam) and the hostess was friendly and informative. Beautiful antiques. The bed was comfortable. The "blue room" has a larger bathroom if you are a larger person. Close to downtown!

Charming b&b in a great location close to all attractions. Susan and Mike are gracious hosts. The house is well appointed with plenty of seating on the front porch, nicely furnished inside in the common area as well. We stayed in the corral room situated in the back of the house so it saved a bit of the road noise.... More

We were recommended to stay at this B&B when our preferred choice had no more vacancy. We were with a group of friends from all over the U.S. and Europe who were racing at nearby Watkins Glen Racetrack and this B & B was at a convenient location to the track as well as restaurants and shopping. However, there was... More

We stayed here for the weekend of the Italian Festival and this B&B was front and center on the Parade route so we were able to watch comfortably from the porch with cold drinks. Susan and Mike (Owners) were fantastic and could not have been any more helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended. We noticed there were some negative comments about... More

We had the opportunity to stay at the 1892 B&B a couple of weeks back. The hosts are very hospitable and we enjoyed our morning breakfast hearing about the renovations that were done to the core (plumbing, heating, electricity, windows, etc) of the home. We stayed in the Coral Room and found it to be very welcoming, quiet and so... More

Really enjoyed our stay in Watkins Glen. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and CLEAN. This is a great old house in the middle of town close to the lake and walking distance to good restaurants. Convenient to wine country and the couple who own and run it are the nicest people. Friendly and chatty... More

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this lovely B&B. Susan, the owner, could not have been nicer. The rooms are clean and attractive, the bathroom was spotless, and the shared common rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Each morning the breakfast was excellent with more food than you could eat. The location is perfect for a walk to... More
