We don't often stay at B&B's so we did not know what to expect. What a delight to be welcomed into a cosy living room by Barbara, the owner, who made us feel immediately at home. We were two couples on a wine tasting tour that day. After checking in we walked down the street for dinner (very convenient)! I...

Traveling with another couple we stayed in this B&B. It was quite good. It was walking distance to the falls (15 minutes), avoiding the need to use a car. The rooms were comfortable. The hosts were very nice. Highly recommended

This was my 1st B&B and either we were lucky or hopefully all B&B's are this good. We stayed here for a couple of nights and everything about this place made us wish we could stay longer. The place was clean and well kept, we had our own key for our room and also a key for the exterior doors...

We had another great stay with Barb and Tom. Their home is in a great location, and they make five star breakfasts every morning. The stuffed French toast is to die for! They have three cats on the premises, but if you have an allergy, they will make sure to keep them downstairs. The rooms are super clean and the...

Barb and Tom are absolutely wonderful hosts! We felt comfortable and breakfast both mornings we were there was fabulous!! Barb and Tom seem to work so well together. They made serving 10 guests look easy. But I know the amount of work involved. Both mornings there was fresh fruit, fresh baked goods and also one morning was stuffed French toast...

We've stayed at quite a few B&Bs and this one was true to it's name. An easy walk to Watkins Glen state park and downtown. The innkeepers Barbara and Tom were easy to talk to and met every need. Accommodations were pleasant, the common areas very comfortable, and breakfast was scrumptious.

My husband and I, as well as several of our friends have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years. We've always had a great experience here. In fact, whenever we plan a vacation to the finger lakes, we never even consider staying anywhere else. Barb and Tom are great people and do all they can to accommodate their...

We only stayed at this lovely B&B one night. Barb and Tom welcomed us & told us all about the local restaurants. We loved the location which was an easy walk into town. We walked down to the lake and went out to dinner. When we returned we joined Barb and Tom at the patio tables and enjoyed a pleasant...
