Though the service is quite good this hotel needd to get a serious face lift.... This includes the whole spa area which has many broken things and cracked tiles in the pools.. The outside pool area also needs renovations and cleaning up.. The rooms are big but quite outdated.. Stains on the chairs, old bathroom and shower.. We came with...

I can say that it is the best hotel around the Dead Sea. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff also is very helpful and kind. And at the dinning room you can find all kind of meals that really were delicious! Very recommended hotel!

We've been in this hotel for several times and liked it. This time wasn't that great. We enjoyed the big room and bathroom, although it was a bit worn. We didn't have problems but our friend almost cut short his trip - he couldn't get into his room until 2am because the key didn't work. He had to go up...

Great view from hotel room of the Dead Sea. The food was delicious and staff was friendly & professional. A quick walk to the beach. The hotel will provide towels & bath robe to wear to the beach. I recommend this hotel.
