Lovely hotel to look at, grubby in places, needs updating, requires more training for staff members. Our visit was saved by Hanna in reception, who efficiently dealt with any problems. The ceramic tiles in the sea water pool make a very slippery surface, beware! Three restaurants all serving the same food, but was the best part of the hotel as...

Great Hotel in the Dead Sea. I've stayed in others but this is my favorite. The food was really good with lots of choice and the spa has a small gym which is clean and well equipped.  A lady called Claudia cooks the best omelets at breakfast which i could eat all day long! Yulia was very friendly and helpful...

I have stayed in this hotel before with my wife and small children and our return didn't disappoint. The hotel staff were brilliant in particular Sharon the customer relationships manager who swiftly dealt with any issues we had such as arranging for towels and cribs to be delivered to our room. Hofit was also excellent in the spa I thoroughly...

This was the first time at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised .Staff at check in were a bit incompetent but they made it up with complimentary dinner for the four of us. Rooms were clean and in good repair. The bar was on the expensive side but all in all everything was acceptable

The public areas of the hotel were lovely. There was plenty of time to admire the lobby during the very slow check-in. Pool area also beautiful and a short walk to the Dead Sea. Breakfast was lavish and plentiful with lots of fresh food. Overall the service was slow but the staff was nice. The worst part was the rooms...

Two years ago I stayed at this hotel and thought it was the best I had ever stayed in! So I had great expectations about staying there again, but was very disappointed this time. The installations are magnificent, but the food and service were much worse than last time and the elevator service was terrible. You had to wait a...

We stayed in David Hotel Dead Sea, in January, which is the best season to go to the dead sea area. Additionally, it was a big event, organised by the Israeli Government and the hotel was completely full. Every day, mornings and evenings, there were shows with some of the best Israeli performers. The event was well organized in spite...

I took my wife and grandchildren and we had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. Here are few things that made the resort special: - The pool is large and kid friendly with plenty of chairs for adults to sit. - in addition to the main pool there are two salt water pools to enjoy. One indoor and one...

So there are 33 in our group that traveled to Israel from the US...David's was our 2nd stay. We were here for 4 nights. Loved it! Our tour bus was greeted with warm welcomes and bellhops ready to receive us and all our luggage. The process was very easy and we didn't have to worry about our luggage at all....
