There is a chaos in this hotel. "Cheap food", unfriendly stuff. The stuff does not even apologizes for its mistakes. And this for a 5 star hotel and the price you are paying! I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We booked a standard room, we got an upgrade for free. Room was clean and cozy, we had an issue at the beginning and the staff took care of it immediately. Food was just ok in the first day, but was much better on friday. Spa facilities are good. We enjoyed, and recommend.

I stayed with my mother April 2-5, 2017. The facility has great bones but it lacks maintenance. The rooms are big but filthy. Shower is disgusting. Tub has no shower curtain and has patches. Floors are dirty. Sheets had stains. There was constant shortage of beach towels. When i called the operator, no one answered. The personnel at the dining...

We had high hopes for this hotel which has very mixed reviews. We arrived in the morning and the room was said not to be ready until 3pm but our children needed to go to the toilet. We were directed to the downstairs toilets which were not worthy of public facilities in the UK let alone what would be expected...

The room was marginally just passable, the family in the next door room was noisy, the staff was aloof if you could even find them, the massive dining cafeteria was a zoo, and the food was poor to average at best...if you like eating...

We came for one night - hoping to enjoy one day of leisure and relaxation at the dead sea with a day trip the following day. We arrived at the hotel at 1:00pm. After queuing for 25 minutes (1 member of staff at the front desk for a hotel with 800 rooms!) we had learnt that our room will not...
