The good: good breakfast, nice lobby The bad: very bad service, bad room keeping, a small pool that cannot contain the hotel guests. Review: Bad service. When we got there we felt like the employees do not care much for us. We booked a room for 3 people, only 2 beds were there. After asking for a 3rd bed it...

Stayed here for the last two nights only as part of a week long pilgrim tour to the Holy Land. Very nice hotel. Some rooms had robes for the pool, ours didn't :-( Beautifull dead sea pool and hot tub spa inside. Great variety of excellent food in the dining room. Thumbs up!

We arrived at the hotel and quickly and efficiently were checked in. We received a room upgrade, on a high floor with an amazing view. The meals were amazing, with so much choice for every part of the meal. the dining room staff were so helpful, especially Hizam who helped us with the drinks and finding a place and other...

This is the northernmost hotel in Ein Bokek. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Balcony was pleasant (our sliding door worked fine). Bathroom was very large; included tub and separate shower stall. Shower drain ran a bit slow. We took half-board = breakfast and evening meal included. Both were quite good, especially the extensive salad bar...

I should've reviewed this awhile ago. I traveled in July of 2013. Seems the oldest date I can pick is Feb 2014. Hotel is very nice, walking distance to the beach. The room was comfortable, great view. Breakfast and Dinner buffet are amazing. They change a lot between the two. One has meats the other no meats but dairies. Great...

The lobby looks impressive at first, but the hallway outside our room was never vacuumed in the three days we spent here and it was hot (we were there in mid-October). It took forever to cool the room. The view was nice from our balcony, but to open the sliding glass door was so nearly impossible that I only did...
