It wasn't the first time that I stay in this hotel. I love it - it is big, staff is well trained and is very polite and efficient. Spa is large and relaxing. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent. What more could I wish for? Keep it this way.

My wife Book a suite with a Very Nice terra But the problem is the staff in the reception.. I asked for two extra blankets for my Small children and the reception Say 15 minute to wait... The standard of the hotel has decreased in the last two years. The rooms were big, but service was bad. The food is only average, not very special and was cold. We asked in the lobby to get 2 glasses for wine in order to drink in the room, but they said that they can not provide it to us... More

this place was nice but needs to be cleaned and renovated! an hotel witch pretend to be 5 stars hotel should be better! i think a minimum in a place like that is to have some water at the lobby. and cleaner tissues accesories! in some places the floor was not clean. the toilet was problematic and difficult to handle.... we spent five days at the Royal and enjoyed it. Staff is nice , food is definitely excellent especially during the weekend and the spa is comfortable especially the vip one. Royal Rimonim Dead Sea hotel is 3 mins walk away from the Dead Sea. the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and service is fast and efficient. The hotel is clean and the room is big. They serve good breadfast and wide spread of local food for dinner.

location is good.rooms are good size. hotel is very old fashion. needs renovation urgently!!!!! carpets are spotted,unclean/ the ultimate complain - the beds are catastrophic!!! both side of the mattress has a hole in the center. impossible to lie down without having backache!! both of the families had severe backache in the morning. switching rooms were not possible .probably all... Stayed here for one day, good service , big hotel in the very famous place ( lowest ) on earth. Out little one was sick, they have a physician on site, was big help since we could not get our insurance agent on the phone. Hotel needs updating badly, place is falling apart, mouldings and others. We have stayed at the Royal Rimonim many times in the past. After a two year break we returned expecting the usual standard. The carpet in our room was dirty, stained, worn and frayed at the edges.
