Excellent food both breakfast and dinner Not your usual hotel food The new bikes provided by Smart-Tour are a great additional way to tour the coast on the new bike path along the Dead sea. The added jacuzi was a great plus in our room. Worth every penny

Enjoyed a great massage and tropical peel with the fabulous staff. This was my daughter's first spa experience and she wanted to experience more. Breakfast was the best buffet we had on our entire trip. Definitely would stay again just longer.

Free tea area really nice (big bonus mark from me but I would give it 5 stars even without the tea), loads of free water stations, good service. great spa and decent gym. Location is great and the breakfast was very good. Very good bathroom design with many mirrors. Great room comfort and got free cookies.

The above photo makes the spa look large but most of what you can see in the photo is a mural. The 'Dead Sea water' pool is good, though and there's a Jacuzzi but very little space around to relax- only one or two loungers and some plastic patio chairs, the latter being all that's available on the beach. Good...

The hotel has all needed for a perfect vacation in Dead Sea. Check in was efficient and all information regrading the spa and meals was given. Nuriel was superb!!! He led us to the room and was just fantastic, we met him the day after and had several questions and as always couldn't be more courteous. Meals were tasty and...

The furniture in the rooms are old and poor. No terace. Poor service in the rooms and restaurant. It seems that the water in the pool is not poor dead sea water. Very small courtyard. Expensive spa treatments.
