Stayed here for extended period for bussiness. Hotel is very good, clean, food is ok and staff friendly. But they claim to be 5 stars and that is just not the case. In weekends is very crowded with families as this is their denograpic group. Parking is a mess something due lack of staff guidance. Overall a good impression. Will...

A wonderful resort full of refreshment and joy. Children can have more fun and activities. Adults can do sun bathing, walking on beach sand, swimming and playing volleyball. Many coffeeshop you can find there.

Satisfactory experience, but better to go in a time when there is a little crowd to make benefit of most of the leisure and facilities. However if it is not crowded, privacy is a good thing also. Generally good place especially for short vacations and weekends. Check the weather before going because most of the facilities are outdoor ones which...

This is the most unexpected hotel I have ever been for! 0 out of 10 in cleanness, hospitality, and facilities. Their staff neither respectful nor helpful. Yet supposed to be a FIVE star place! I think this is a one star as a maximum!! I am totally disappointed with my staying! --- I will not definitely recommended this resort for...

no way is this a 5* hotel, try 3*. Sea is clean by northern gulf standards. The pool area is not for swimming just for kids to play in and the whole resort looks a bit tired. Staff were helpful and rooms ok. The resort is way overpriced and does not compare to similar priced true 5* hotels located further...

We did not enjoy our stay at this resort. They charge 5-star prices for 3-star services and amenities. Pros: -Location Cons: -Check-in/out were not at all smooth. In addition, the front desk staff were unfriendly and had communication problems. -The view from sea-front villa was blocked by barbed wire fence and a security kiosk. The security guard was directly in...

a simple place without aiming too high. The rooms are clean and simple. A bed, a TV, a table and a bathroom. It is very quiet ( at least during the week). As I understood that the place is vibrant on week ends. The breakfast is in the basement. Simple here again, nothing exuberant but it is enough. Nothing to...

A perfect getaway from Kuwait. .. All the chalets are perfectly equipped to the finer details and comfort. .. A row of coffee shop and eateries add up to the comfort. .. The crystal clear sea adds up to its serene beauty and tranquillity. .. A totally DO NOT DISTRUB resort. ..
