This hotel is very large, but with very odd entrance / exits to places such as the restaurant, casino and exercise room. Not all stairs go all the way to the ground floor, as there is a strange way that they keep non-guests from accessing certain areas. Breakfast was pastries, bread, fruit and cold cuts. Almost like if you were...

On the positive side the rooms are clean and functional with a nice bed. The wifi works well in the room However the food and service in the restaurant is poor. The service in general is inefficient. The list of hotel rules in the room is increibly long and presented in a rather unfriendly fahsion. A member of our group...

This is a top quality hotel in every aspect but the price. Beautifully decorated rooms, excellent dining facilities, vast and varied menu serving very tasty food, friendly, helpful and efficient staff, good wifi and all sorts of other services (gym, casino, bar) that we didn't use as we were on an overnight stop. Had to search a bit for a...

I spent 5 days at this hotel at January 2014. I got impress. Nice rooms, very good accommodations and for Chilean people it 's cheap. It was perfect and I totally recommend it. Female personnel are gorgeous.

Not many top hotels in Rio Grande in the first place. This one gives the appearance of a 4 star hotel based on the extensive use of marble and gold plated everything and the prices are like a 4 star hotel. Rooms are nicely furnished but a little on the tacky side. Access is very difficult, with steep stairs from...

Ok hotel to stay in for business purposes. OK internet connection that worked well with VPN. WiFi access througout the hotel which helps keeping up to date on work related and personal matters. Gym is also very good but could be opened at better hours. Breakfast/Dinner is ok but for dinner there are better places to go in Rio Grande...
