Vila Galé Cabo garners consistent accolades for its service, with guests often highlighting the staff's warmth and professionalism that enhance their stay. While opinions on value are divided due to some concerns over food quality and infrastructure, the hotel's atmosphere is frequently celebrated for its lively cultural entertainment and charming setting amidst nature. Amenities like food and drinks receive praise, yet there's a call for more variety and upkeep. The hotel's cleanliness is generally commended, although there's room for improvement. Its beachfront location is a hit among those seeking a serene getaway, despite mixed reviews on room conditions.

Strengths of the location:
- the beach is spectacular at low tide, a large, clean saltwater pool. My 5 and 7 year old children loved snorkeling and saw lots of marine life;
- the resort is relatively small compared to others, and this is positive because it is easy and quick to move between the room / restaurants / pool / beach;
- the beach is almost private to the resort. So that you can enjoy yourself in peace without being approached by street vendors all the time;
- there are trees close to the beach on one side of the hotel, providing rich shade during the strongest sun.
- the staff are very receptive and pleasant;
- Heineken beer;
- sparkling wines and good quality wines;
- at lunch, Dona Rosa has a station where she prepares seafood-based meals that you can eat on your knees!
- the cocktail at sunset is an attraction in itself! However, the musical aspect needs to improve... live music would be much better at the moment....

Points to improve:
- for an eco resort you need to improve the sustainability of the place. Plastic cups, pet gallon coconut water served in plastic is to die for, plastic cup for water in the room too.
- needs to adapt the reservation system for à la carte restaurants. I couldn't book the inevitable restaurant (and I still had 4 days to go). Schedule as soon as you can.
- every now and then the pool would get very dirty. It happens that the pool is stuck to the beach sand, so it is inevitable that sand gets in, but cleaning needs to be improved even further.
- the main restaurant's menu could offer a greater number of regional items. For example, I stayed for a week and the famous roll cake was not offered on a single day. Regional fruits also did not appear.
- people reserve kiosks and umbrellas. If you want to use one, you'll need to get up early. The hotel could manage this better.
- the entertainment staff are wonderful, charismatic and try hard. But there is clearly a lack of investment and structure in this sector of the resort.
- the music by the pool is exaggeratedly loud. As the resort is small, there isn't much room to escape.
- the day of the Japanese themed dinner, it was shameful to see people killing themselves to get pieces of sushi with fish, especially salmon. If the place can't handle it, it's best not to offer the menu.

Good afternoon, I stayed at this resort from January 20th to 27th, last year we were at Vila Galé Touros, that is, we are customers of this chain!!!

We really liked the location of this resort, however there were some points where the standard was far below TOUROS, namely:

In Vila Galé bullos there was no need to queue to order coconut water, they had filters available in several places in the resort where we could help ourselves to our hearts' content, without queues and very cold. At eco cabo de sto Augustinho, we had to face long queues, about half an hour, along with people waiting to order drinks to get a glass of coconut water and it was still hot... I complained there, but it was no use!

The night shows, LUAL and SERTANEJO, the same singer, by the way, sings badly, I couldn't understand any phrase of the song, in the sertanejo he was singing to the chairs, everyone left... better change!!!!

Agita Galé, a sensational samba/pagode band… keep it up guys, don’t let up…

I make these observations, not with the intention of criticizing, but rather that they be resolved so that I can recommend them, as well as return again… because I really liked Rede vila Galé…

Aunt Mel is amazing!
Receptionist Melk, very attentive!

See you soon!!!

In summary, I would give a score of 6 for the general context.

The rooms are good, very spacious, brand new air conditioning works very well, but requires maintenance especially in the bathrooms.

The breakfast is good, there are stations for tapioca and freshly made eggs, I've been to many resorts and I've never seen this, a station for freshly made natural juices and smoothies, low point, lunch and dinner have little variety of food and the desserts are poor, the a la carte restaurants are great.

The pool area is good, I found it a little neglected, the snacks are good and have a good variety, highlighting the wide variety of beers and Choop Brahma

The entertainment is average, some days more lively, others not so much, with the exception of the great Boris, this guy even makes it rain, one of the best I've ever seen, especially Uncle Jó and Tia Boneca who do a very good and lively The Voice.

Some other highlights, at Bar Raul, very polite Marlon and Flavio.

The highest point of the Resort is its proximity to the beach, which is beautiful, calm and clean, at low tide you can walk to the middle of the sea, with a beautiful sunset.

To be called Resort has to improve a lot. This is the worst resort I have ever stayed in Brazil.

1 - ACCESSIBILITY ZERO, my country of 85 and 90 years with difficulty of movement were placed in the hotel cellar. Dark room and access hallway, no lighting. Elevators hard to find. And together with the hotel workers.

2- There is no wifi in this hotel. It would be more fair to remove this non-existent infrastructure from the wifi network and advertise that it does not offer internet in the hotel. I went through two different rooms, and none showed any chance of working. I measured the wifi signal in the room and the best result I got was 65 Kbps (internet spoken in the 90s was faster). In common areas was no different. As my internet 4G/5G was from Claro, and the region gets very bad (only 3G), I stayed in the dark without internet for my entire stay;

3 - The food at the main buffet restaurant is bad. A complete mess. There's no replacement, there's no order for people to pick up, and the food is awful. The restaurant specialties are a little better, which can save some night at dinner. The feeding highlight is the barbecue served at the pool/beach snack station. The beverages offered also have good diversity, with beers of good brands.

4- Hosting is a martyrdom. Old buildings, dark and unlit corridors, a strong smell of mold and sewage in the rooms/bathrooms and corridors. Many rooms with air conditioning problems and bathrooms with hydraulic problems. This is really a lottery, between getting a bad room or a bad room. I changed room once and in both I encountered problems.

5 - The pool is awful. Very small for the structure of a resort, without a wet bar and the worst is the quality of the water. Water is dull from so dirty. They don't clean from day to day. A real disgust has risen. I didn't have the courage to use it. What saves is the beach, very good by the way.

6- Does not have basic services of a resort, such as spa. The hotel is still in the analogous era, offering little paper for restaurant reservation and photos, for example. And if you lose that little piece, there's no talk.

7- Hotel with reception without ventilation, which is a sad not to use the breeze of the sea, EXTREMELY dark outdoor area, from even fear of the night.

8- Positive point, night activities, but the auditorium of the front building is warm and no elevator for those who have mobility difficulties.

Anyway. For those who like to feel underestimated and devalued by the investment made or spend off passing anger, this is your resort!!!!

I'm being trying to be concise and direct. I'm making this review still staying on my last night. This is the worst resort I have ever stayed in Brazil. I will repeat and try to be more emphatic, this is the worst resort of Brazil. Let's go to the facts:

1 - There is no wifi in this hotel. It would be more fair to remove this non-existent infrastructure from the wifi network and advertise that it does not offer internet in the hotel. I went through two different rooms, and none showed any chance of working. I measured the wifi signal in the room and the best result I got was 65 Kbps (internet spoken in the 90s was faster). 2 - The food at the main buffet restaurant is intragable. Horrible!!

3 - Hosting is a martyrdom.

4 - The pool is awful. Very small for the structure of a resort, without a wet bar and the worst is the quality of the water. Water is dull from so dirty. They don't clean from day to day. A real disgust has risen. I didn't have the courage to use it. What saves is the beach, very good by the way.

Wonderful hotel, incredible massage from Lizandra and all the staff, in general, very helpful, polite and attentive.
The menu is varied and very good! There are options for all tastes. They are always restocking and the waiters are very quick when it comes to cleaning tables and service.
The entertainers are also wonderful, very responsible and careful. They have different programs, including for rainy days. Team 10!

However, we were located far from the cafeteria, which made my experience difficult as I have physical limitations. Furthermore, there is no easily accessible alcohol gel and the cleaning of the room could be better.

The hotel could also be more strict regarding the reservation of chairs in the hotel's common areas, especially in the pool (as the hotel's policy guarantees that such action is prohibited). We came during high season and we simply couldn't find free tables at the pool, even though we arrived early, precisely because people placed objects and towels reserving chairs and tables the night before and, if we used them, it caused a lot of discomfort.

Maybe my expectation was higher, so I didn’t find it as good as I had read in previous comments.
Structure is old, but most things work well
I did not like the reception, at least the day I arrived, nothing of sympathy or cordiality, very mechanical and cold.
Already started there, I verbalized at check-in time that I wanted a room with a double bed, so q we entered the room, two separate beds! I called at the time and they had to change room, but after a while comes a maid to put together the beds... which is more or less, since the desk had only one and so it was.
The air conditioning in the room is very bad, even at the lowest possible temperature and in turbo mode, the room gets hot, maybe by the power of the air that is not compatible with the size of the room...
Regarding food, there is a lot of quantity, but the variation from one day to another does not exist. But the worst of all is the temperature of the drinks... everything hot, nothing gets cold, sparkling a martyrdom, always hot.ate at dinner a la varre, ordered a white wine and was hot, asked p exchange for a
More cold and the waitress said q was all at the same temperature!
The recreation staff is pretty cool, but I found the pools small and very shallow, all at the same height, and pretty shallow for adults. I was quite disappointed with the network... I do not have the desire to meet others in the network, I have been to various resorts all inclusive in Brazil and outside of it... and this is not worse than the Makai in Sergipe, but the makai is much cheaper than the network villa gale. Acho q can improve muuuuuito.

Room grade 10 - spacious, fragrant, maintained
Hotel structure tops - incredible accessibility, everything is very close and easily accessible, with elevators and ramps. It was me and my 82-year-old grandmother, she loved it because everything was very peaceful for her, the room was close to the restaurant and the pool area. The hotel is very well thought out! Congratulations on your accessibility!
Swimming pool with several “environments”, those who want to relax have their own corner, those with children, those who want to swim, etc.
Buffet restaurant: Every day variety of food and great service
A la carte restaurants (subject to reservation): We went to Frevo Restaurant, very good!
Beach: Definite perfection, no waves, with the low tide at this time you can walk a long way and still have water up to your waist, a real spectacle! I had never been to a hotel with such a pleasant beach and sea! Especially for those going with children, it's perfect as it's practically a giant pool, practically clear and warm water! In love with this place! I'll be back more often!
Attractions: We went to the dance performance, it was perfect! Every day there are activities all day and some days there are presentations

Congratulations on the hotel, service, activities, everything! Leaving very happy with the choice and that they made my grandmother so happy here!

I was at Vila Galé last week with my family. I was very positively surprised by a beautiful beach! Spectacular sea! During our stay we were very well attended to by some employees, especially Luciana and Marlon (who served us in the bars and are very polite, pleasant and helpful people), Tião from the animation team (who makes all the difference) and Tia Mel from the Nep club, who is a charming person! The hotel offers a good variety of drinks, although the drinks are not excellent and the food is always very tasty, although there is little variety in the main restaurant. The A la Carte restaurants were a good surprise.

However, there are points that need a lot of attention:
The rooms are in urgent need of maintenance and modernization, in addition to the very old furniture, my room had leaks (bathtub and sink). Information about activities is inconsistent and there are few or almost no activities for children aged 8 to 12. Cleanliness in general needs much more attention, we miss more regional dishes and a variety of seafood and, finally, some service strategies need to be reviewed to avoid waste and unnecessary queues, especially in the restaurant/bar in the area. pool.

Very good hotel, we had a great time with the family, I recommend it!!!
Various food options, with every day a different experience and maintaining quality and quantity.
The place is very spacious and has lots of greenery and shade to relax.
Very lively entertainment team.
*Pro points:
- Large room with air conditioning and very cozy facing the sea (I chose one further away because I really wanted to rest lol...). There are several options with sea or garden views.
- Excellent food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and various snacks).
- Wines and sparkling wines of all types and for all tastes.
- Very well prepared shakes and cocktails.
- All staff were very well prepared and attentive.
- Dinner at Inevitável: The octopus was excellent, the spaghetti and risotto too. A great restaurant, worth the reservation.
*Cons points:
- Small pool and loud music all day. There would need to be another option further away for those who want to stay in peace.
- The beach itself leaves something to be desired, due to the "existing containment project". I realized that there is a great effort to prevent the sand from flowing through the tides (actions of nature). Due to the replacement of this sand in the middle, I found construction debris, which could hurt an unsuspecting person.
- I drank beer once or twice, I preferred to stick to wines and sparkling wines, as it was always hot or with that taste of having heated up and freezing the can again.
- Dinner at "Fado & Frevo": Bad experience, a bit messy and the cod fillet didn't taste like anything, not even the olive oil saved it and it had a hard shell (it seemed like it had been reheated in the microwave)... it wasn't worth it worth it :(!
- A trip to the nearby beaches was not worth it in my opinion (remembering that we did it with other people and not the hotel). Regardless, these beaches are not as beautiful as in the photos and there is no structure to welcome visitors. The so-called "Artur's Bar" must be good because there wasn't even space to walk on the beach where each chair had its own music and competed with the band that played in the bar..... we left!!!
Overall, Vila Gale Cabo de Santo Agostinho is a good option to visit and enjoy, I recommend it :)!!!
