Comfortable beds and hot showers. You can only access wifi in the public areas, not having it in your room is really annoying. The underfloor heating made the rooms quite hot at night, we slept with just a sheet over us and the window open a bit. There's a small fridge, we cleared half the mini bar stuff out so... More

The interior is nice, clean, but the construction quality if sporadic. Our room door was uneven and had a large gap where the sound from the hallway at night (and drunk people) woke us up every night at midnight or later. Very convenient and some nice restaurant choices in the hotel or next door. Seemed a bit pricey for the... More

We went here for our Honeymoon in August of 2014. It was a ripoff from start to finish. The rooms are tiny and so hot as to be almost unbearable. The beds were twin beds shoved together and covered with a sheet. Check in takes forever and was absolutely without any attempts to welcome us or provide any meaningful information... More

Excellent service both in the hotel and on the slopes. All the family had a great time. There was plenty to do when the weather was less good. Only have to remember that you are sleeping at 3000 meters.

Probably the best ski in Chile! The hotel, services and prices are the problem. Everything is very expensive in Valle Nevado (even considering you are in a ski resort). The pool was not warm enough in three of our seven nights there. Food is OK, but you get much better meals at Portillo. Rooms were ok, quite old and run... More

It was a horrible experience: Firstly, like all the other hotels in the ski complex, you can only book to arrive at certain days, and leave at certain days, which means the day you arrive there is a crowd at the lobby checking-in and the same when you leave. When we arrived at Puerta del Sol, the machine which programmed... More

The rooms are old and very small. We stayed in a double suite at the 10th floor and it was a nightmare. We have all kind of problems since we arrived. The room key did not work and we had to go downstairs at least 6 times to ask for help. We also had problems with the heating. But the... More

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is good and the staff are generally nice and try to be helpful, but on our first day checking in we seems to have two new people at reception who could not answer our questions about the ski school, stretching classes and the lift times. We also got no explanation about what... More

Hotel is old, but service is great. Staff are very friendly but only a few speak english. Difficult billing system at restaurants with tipping and trying to work out what's included in package. Ski in - ski out, ski lockers and onsite rental. Rental prices double what you pay in Santiago. Great views and great skiable terrain. Rooms too hot,... More
