Being a customer of this hotel is an honour. Since I have been them I have never felt like a customer, but like a member of the family. The room is always in order and the cleaning ladies do a wonderful job every day to make sure the rooms are clean. In the morning, as soon as you wake up in the morning in your room you can smell a splendid smell of freshly cooked croissants. The style of breakfast and a Continental breakfast with a wide choice for all tastes. From on excellent coffee and a delicious dessert. Unfortunately, this year there were internal problems, but with the devotion and passion for their work, Raffaele and Rosa (the owners) rolled up their sleeves and kept their business going. Despite the hard work, always available and always kind. Kind and sweet like the White Lady, who gives sweet smiles every time you meet her. It is a 3-star hotel, but for the devotion to work, the kindness and courtesy it seems to be in a high-class hotel. I personally recommend it to anyone who reads this fence.…

A well established hotel in an excellent location in Anacapri. Modest accommodations representing a very good value for Capri. The rooms were very clean and our rooms offered a balcony with spectacular views of the ocean, the adjacent islands and Naples.

We stayed in Anacapri at Hotel Biancamaria and were extremely happy with our decision. The owners Raphael and Rosa were so patience and kind and helpful no matter what time of day. The hotel is spotless and the the breakfast served by Raphael and Rosa (especially the croissants ) were delicious. Later in the evening we sat outside on the patio and people watched. The hotel is located in the main area of Anacapri close to everything. Thank you Rahael and Rosa from Randy and Sue for making our stay so enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cosy hotel in Anacapri. As soon as we entered the room we already fell in love with the breathtaking view of the sea (wait till the sunset ;)). The hotel has a lovely island charm, is clean and set just at the right temperature. What we enjoyed most was the company/service of the lovely people working there. Especially one woman was reading our every wish from our eyes every morning at the breakfast table. We also appreciated the extra effort they made regarding corona - no buffet, but they took our order and then brought everything to us at the table (also large offer - sweet, savoury, fruits, eggs, wide selection of drinks,...). I can definitely recommend this cosy, welcoming place.

It’s a good hotel, apparently a family business. It’s located in Anacapri, near the bus stop. I’d give it a better review, but the hosts didn’t seem very willing to help making our stay more pleasant. It’s a good place to be, but don’t expect a very welcoming stay. Also checking out at 10 in the morning wasn’t very nice.

This was my first trip to Capri. Because Capri is so busy and full of tourists, we opted to stay at Hotel Biancamaria in Anacapri and we are so glad we did! The hotel is beautiful with an outdoor sitting area and terrace full of flowers. It’s in a great location, surrounded with shops and restaurants. Our rooms were clean and of good size. The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to sign in to the WiFi every time you come back to the hotel and it was rather slow.

An excellent location, in the Anacapri center, with very clean rooms. Except breakfast, which is at a minimum level, there is no other service in the hotel. The main plus is the location and price as well, located on the main street in Anacapri.

The hotel is located in Anacapri, in the pedestrian area and I think this is its most important feature. It is very close to Piazza Vittoria where buses and taxis are. So, it's really easy to reach it and you have many restaurants, shops and interesting places (such as Museo Casa Rossa) near it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not big, but more than enough considering I was by myself.The complementary wi-fi was OK especially using the smartphone. As for the breakfast, the staff provide you what you ask, it is not a buffet breakfast. I appreciate it. I found the hotel really quiet and I enjoyed the staying there.

We stayed as part of a university group touring together. Our room had a gorgeous view of the sea and was full of natural light. High ceilings and tile floors made the room seem larger and kept it cool, and the tall French doors in the window opened up if you wanted a nice breeze. The bathroom and other amenities are simple (the bathroom was larger than in many similar hotels!) and home-like, and everything was very clean and well-kept. We felt like our room was the perfect place for relaxing after a long day before going out for dinner, and it was so nice to wake up in the morning to a gorgeous view. The staff were very cheerful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
