We had an excellent stay at this B&B. The view from the property are unbelievable, specifically the pool. We received excellent care during our stay as i unfortunately sprained my ankle and the staff went out of their way to provide crutches, rides, etc. would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 6 nights in May, we have been coming here since 2013 and would never think of staying anywhere else. The family are the best and the accommodation is beautiful, the sun sets from this balcony are hard to beat anywhere in the world. We made use of the pool everyday and it was lovely, met some nice people who were staying at the same time as us, it’s a small friendly family run business that goes beyond any expectations - we look forward to coming back again soon.

We throughly enjoyed our visit to the monte solaro b&b, the host went out of his way to ensure we had the best time. He offered lots of recommendations and was a great bar tender on the rooftop Terrace (the homemade lemonchello really hit the spot when watching the sun go down !) The location was perfect close to anacapri and Capri anacapri was our favourite but Capri was just a short bus journey away. We will definitely be coming back to monte solaro b&b. Real authentic family run place with stunning views Great place to sample all of Capri Staying here gives you a good base Family will help you with recommendations and gettting about the place Near the chairlift but high up no problem as family will help you get there

Lovely B&B, really welcoming hosts and stunning views. Once I had got over the walk up (we could have asked for a lift but didn't!) we enjoyed a lovely afternoon by the pool, and as it faces west a beautiful sunset. Costanzo is a warm and friendly host providing details of places to go for dinner as well as other information for what to do whilst on Capri.

The view from the place is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly. They do everything to make your stay unique. We loved our stay at B&B Monte Solaro. Constanzo and his family are genuinely friendly hosts, helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and comfortable, but the best thing is the breeathtaking view from all parts of the B&B - amazing sunsets and mornings.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle with added bonus of a small pool overlooking the sea. Host was helpful and friendly. Make sure you do the chair lift to the top of Monte Solaro it’s a fantastic experience. We would stay here again.

What a breath of fresh air after the craziness in Naples! Up high with amazing views, clean comfortable rooms, multiple levels to swim, relax, nap, or just gaze at the scenery with quiet and a great breeze. Costanzo could not have been a better host. Cushions on the upper level couches, ice for our white wine, music to go with the amazing view of Anacapri and the water beyond. Costanzo's brother made us and 4 other guests a 5 course dinner after the wonderful sunset that was nothing short of extraordinary. It was one of the gifts of our trip. Breakfast was a treat every morning and easy access to town (a bit of a climb, but you can arrange transport with Costanzo if limited mobility) with easy access to the wonderful chairlift, handsome Villa San Michelle, and delightful Anacapri with great shopping and less of a crowd than the town of Capri. This is a very nice spot, up away from the bustle of the town, surrounded by the sounds of nature. If you were to stay on Capri I'd recommend this place. We often needed to use the phone to get answers we needed from the hosts; a bit different from, say, typical English B&B hosts, but maybe it was just the days we were there. The food was fine. Couldn't compare to our later stay at an agriturismo in Tuscany, but nothing to complain of. Even if you're very fit, returning at the end of a day of hiking and swimming you definitely will be saying "those stairs!" when climbing back up; but with each step you're buying an amazing view and friendly place.
