I normally stop in or near both Kilmarnock or Glasgow on business. thought I'd try something in between. Excellent standard, room, food and staff. Definitely stay again. The location out of the city means you wont be paying city centre prices just give yourself about 1/2 hour if travelling in the rush hour

Had an overnight in the kintyre suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and has been refurbished since the pictures on the website were published. The bathrooms spa bath was amazing, could have spent the day in it. We dined in the bar in the evening and the food was great as well as the service. Overall a great stay would...

Sometimes I travel and stay in hotels for weeks. This is the sort of hotel I would like to stay in every night. It isn't perfect. It isn't new. It is friendly, quirky and interesting with a good welcome when you walk through the doors. Based on a gentleman's country house now enclosed to one side by a housing development...

We arrived at the hotel to attend a funeral. So not the most pleasant reason to attend. The staff were really very attentive and nothing was to much trouble. We arrived a little bit later than expected late evening but got a bit of decent grub nevertheless. Our room the Balmoral suite was delightful. And the jacuzzi bath was used...

Visited Dalmeny again following a great evening and nights stay in December 2013 with friends. Couldn't fault a thing. Meal was delicious plus lots of it. No small portions. Never had a problem being served and staff were always attentive to us all at the table. Room spotless as always. Will definitely be returning again next year 😊

I have stayed at the Dalmeny Park Country House Hotel 3 or 4 times over the past year and always enjoy my visits from the minute I walk in the door. A friendly and professionally run hotel but with a relaxed and informal manner makes it the ideal location for business or pleasure. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and...

The room was beautiful and the furniture was antique - maybe a bit too much as the chair and bed kept squeeking with every move. The staff were very helpful and the outdoors were also beautiful. Great atmosphere if you like something vintage.
