We stayed 2 nights on a tent site. The campground is nice and shady, sites are great and not to close to each other (for tents, at least). The facilities are clean although they are not new. The staff is pleasant and accommodating (they allowed us to change site because our site had no tree and stood on a sort...

Very well run campground. Shaded sites, plenty of room, and to many positives to mention here. Helpful staff. Nice camp store and breakfast served 8-10. Close to all attractions. Snack bar with soft serve ice cream open in evening, prices reasonable. Pool, mini golf, and walking trails. No movie outdoors when we were there, disappointed in that. Will definitely stay...

Really nice, fairly large campground. Good for larger rigs. Lots of smaller ones, as well as pop ups and tents. Cabins were busy also. Great hiking, biking, kayaking nearby. Campground trail to the river with falls and flume. Dog trail and small dog park. Lots for kids to do as well. We had a level site, with good hookups. Wifi...

From the reservation on the phone, to the golf kart that escort us to our site, we felt really welcome to this KOA ! Thanks to all of you ! Great site, well maintain, staff will go above and beyond to help you. No mosquitos from what I experienced, but there is not a lot of grass, mostly sand like...

This KOA has everything. Although the girl at check in expressed dismay that I was 30 min early for check in I was on my site, setup and exploring within 20 min of arrival. The staff was always checking and cleaning everywhere. We had an extended stay here to explore Lake Placid and area. The campground is about 15 min...

We've returned to the Lake Placid area and spent 4 nights at this KOA. With the options of; fresh cooked breakfast, a clean laundromat, store, snack bar with a great menu, large sites, it creates really fun and stress less vacation.

Stopped by to visit whiteface mountain. Found this gem. The staff is fantastic, the campground is clean and the showers are hot. My favorite secret is the hiking path to the 2 story rock you can jump onto the river from. This is the perfect spot for any outdoor enthusiasts.

Nice large wooded sites, even the pull through sites. Nice clean heated pool, at least 2 playgrounds. Very nice lodge with a fireplace upstairs and wrap around deck with a view of whiteface mountain. Campground is right on the ausable river, for wading or fishing. Wonderful Adirondack experience.

We enjoyed this campgrounds woodsy atmosphere and child friendly amenities. The lots were quite large so there was room for the six of us to spread out. Also, plenty of room to tie the dogs out as well. Our girls enjoyed the putt putt, swimming pool and gift shop. There's also a pet trail and dog play area. We enjoyed...

Wonderful KOA. Lots of kid friendly events and activities. We stayed at the site P13, right near the wooden playground. The kids age 5 and 7 were able to walk to it while we unpacked and relaxed. We were very happy there.
