We have been coming to Beaufort dot the past 4 years as a prelude to spending a week on Emerald Isle. We stay at The Inlet Inn for 3-4 days prior to EI. We have been delighted with The Inlet Inn. We usually take up 4 rooms ( 2 overlooking the Bay , one on the second floor ,and one...

We stayed in a first floor, corner room with a fireplace and porch. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The porch was perfect for sitting, people watching, and looking out on the water. The Inn was close to everything in town including the Beaufort Grocery Co which has incredible food. Their is also a bicycle...

My first time to Beaufort and I really liked the location of this Hotel. The rooms and atmosphere is more like a Bed & Breakfast, with a great continental breakfast brought to your room! Loved the "Widows Peak" to sit out and up and watch the ships come in. Only complaint were the beds. Found them too soft and wound...

Stayed on the 3rd floor in a very large room with a window seat overlooking the marina. Better than average bathroom. Refrigerator in room. Nice staff with good restaurant recommendations- they know family and upscale dining places, and the good bars- all within a 2 block area. Nice continental breakfast- fruit, juice, cereals, and several tea choices. We will stay...

We spent the night here on the way to our annual visit to Ocracoke. The Inn is very convenient just steps away from the shops and restaurant, and has wonderful views of the waterfront. We stayed on the 2nd floor (#208) with a large porch and comfortable rocking chairs. There is plenty of shade to allow an evening view of...

We stayed for one night after dropping our son off at Camp Seagull. Our room was very large and well appointed with a refrigerator, table large enough to eat on, sofa, comfortable bed and clean bathroom (shower in tub). The HVAC was loud but it did cool the room. The inn is very well located and a marina view is...

In this day and age, to have no internet in the rooms (free wireless) is terrible. The Inn advertises that they have free wi-fi but in reality, the several times I've been forced to stay there (work), there was no internet. It's quite - primitive. For beach vacationers maybe this isn't an issue but I end up there for work...

We have stayed at this location in the past, so we were looking forward to our visit this year. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we loved having a balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the marina. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, so the location is perfect. There are several outdoor seating areas on...

Very nice! Clean room facing the water, continental breakfast included juice, coffee, bagels and muffins. Would have appreciated fruit and some type of breakfast protein even yogurt. Would have liked a microwave in room. Inn in the center of all the attractions. Definitely recommend for a quiet getaway! Lots of attractions in walking distance. Found better seafood restaurants in Morehead...

Our first and second floor waterfront rooms have king beds and private balconies to relax and enjoy the warm summer breezes. Some of our first floor waterfront rooms have wood burning fireplaces for the chilly winter months. Our third floor rooms have two queen beds and a large bay window seat perfect for watching the wild horses and traveling mariners. We also have some non-waterfront rooms as well as one room with a king bed and two twin beds, but with no balcony, perfect for larger families. Included with your stay is a small continental breakfast with warm muffins, bagels, and orange juice with coffee upon request. We deliver to your room or breakfast can be enjoyed in our third floor widows walk lounge.
